When I compare the DI of my Audient ID22 and it‘s highly regarded monitor section to a V357 broadcast module (which can drive headphones properly), the oldie wins... and not by a subtle matter of taste. Is the psu new or picked up from your older system? Maybe test the pins and see if the readings are within specs
