Creamware split ASB and Scope to separate companies?

Not sure if this is true, but Creamware seem to have gone "insolvent" and split the scope and ASB brands to two separate companies. Sonicore take creamware. InDSP take ASB. http://matrixsynth.blogspot.com/search/label/Creamware Seeing the ASB model is from the scope system, looks like the ...

software updates/fixes.......

What about fixes for the prodyssey ring mod when using sync as it is pants!

I have also bought quite a bit of Creamware gear and am feeling a bit "left on the shelf".

I've just started to re-create the Prodyssey Editor using Reaktor 5 - I know that sounds kind of weird, but I did it for tighter integration into Logic, as the editor is now effectively an AU plug-in, with all the benefits that go with it. Good Idea. No More weird than when I did the Cubase 4 Devic...

*Definately* the FoxxVox years - Systems of Romance is such an underated album/CD. Some of the later stuff is ok, only made bearable by Mr. Curry's (Nee Currie's) keyboard work... The first track I ever heard was The Man Who Dies Every Day... that intro is such a killer and still sounds great today...

"VCA Gain Fader" opens the VCA without beeing controlled by an envelope generator. You can hear the sound endless, endless, endless ... I agree, and it is a great feature. However when you dial from one of these to another patch, you get some squarking as it re-adjusts. For me I do not pl...

They all have this problem that when I change the program# without holding any keys some sounds just starts screaming, generating strange sounds. My Prodyssey ASB and Klangbox both do this. Yes it is annyoying. Mostly happens for me if a sound that is being passed through has a high VCA especially ...

John Foxx or Midge Ure era? i saw foxx in leeds late last year, was most excellent. midge was a bit too commercial sounding for me.

Hopefully they will be replaced by Noah2½ or something. Something using the new chipset, low cost 1u rack which is capable of fast switching between all modules. Perhaps a multi-mode-filter, multi-oscillator, all controls and routings possible thingy which can effectively emulate all Minimoog, Prop...

I have had similar sounding problems with my PRO-12 and two Prodysseys. In my case it was to do with midi loops. Whatever I did with my ASB knobs affected the ASB and then got sent to midi/usb and then back around through my midi in back to what I was doing. lots of flashing lights/grunts espec when...

I would miss my tactile surfaces too much and henace why I love the ASB's so much.

I hope the Hussies are doing well. I am looking forward to hearing them.

Rack Mounting an ASB?

OK, so now I have a PRO-12 ASB, a Prodyssey ASB and Prodyssey Klangbox. I also have a Novation Rack, MIDEX8 and Kenton PRO-2000 that I could also potentially rack mount and save some table space. How could I rack mount the two ASB's? I also like the system 1200 racking concept I have seen. A Prodyss...

DSP Update 2.5 is there - installed it a couple of days after I got the ASB (3 days to get the authorisation code). Ring mod problem not cleared up, I guess Creamware think it's part of the modelling - although I can assure you it's not ; ) I wish they'd also sort out the Editor download zip file f...

I agree with titu. I have a pro-12 and a klangbox. The Pro-12 sounds excellent and the Prodyssey sounds completely different A great compliment to each other. I am keeping/using both! Where a minimax would fall in, I am no sure as I now have that filter model!
