have recently upgraded from 3.1a to 3.1c on Windows 98 and I now get the error message Cant find DSP File - Mixer Package 1 - Please Check Installation I have just discovered this is a result of installing the upgrades out of sequence - eg 3.1a was missed out. I have used the REASON / REBIRTH / CUBASE combination with no problems. I think it depends on which order you installed the apps but my rewire panel inside CUBASE used to show REBIRTH channels followed by REASON ones. Failing this, you could always export the audio from REBIRTH and import it into CU...

Spirit, I use REASON / CUBASE / PULSAR together. I route each REASON instrument to a seperate REWIRE channel, then in turn route each REWIRE channel via ASIO to PULSAR mixer. Therefore each REASON instrument gets its own pulsar mixer channel. Extra MIDI / AUDIO tracks I then record in CUBASE. The en...

I would like a 12 knob device to control say my external compressor unit. Each knob would send a user definable sysex string with a single or double wildcard byte value that depended upon the knobs position. This is a concept that works well in CUBASE MIXER MAPS but I would like to see it implemente...

Yeah, I guess Ive just designed my system to be able to do a final mix in one pass, so with 9 DSP's and some external SPDIF gear ( Triple C multiband compressor, Lexicon Reverb ) and if I need any FX for an external MIDI synth I get what I need as a PULSAR plugin rather than a VST plugin. Definately...

I do the same... put all my recorded Pulsar Synths (not VST) onto seperate audio tracks so I can tweak them a bit more, add EQ blah blah... I'm sure there's a better way, but I'm just sad and old and stuck in my ways  Why ? Is this because you've run out of DSP power to EQ your synth tracks ? ...

- if you think this would mess with some heads, try Hymnen by Stockhausen...... - reminded me of a piece by Stockhausen where he has a section of multiple frequencies all following each other downwards and then recycling back to the top when they hit the bottom.
