Re: Scope 7
As far as XITE/A16 is concerned, BNC word clock works fine with V5.1 Scope. It's broken with Scope 7. Did you also try w/ a single A16 (Ultra) and XITE-1, using Z-Link and/or ADAT only, no BNC connected at all ? Does that work at least, SCOPE 7 32Bit and/or 64Bit ? I understand, when using both,- Z...

Re: Definitive PC?
socket 1151, Z170 chipset, nearly 2 years old, no problems so far. good performance. :) Cool ! 8) I now think we can expect socket 1151-v2 and z370 chipset will work too. I got info the difference of socket 1151 and 1151-v2 is nothing else than a handfull of pins providing power to the new 8th gen ...

Re: Revival of Creamware Scope/SP from 2001 (15 DSP PCI)
Since SonicCore has all the installers on their site, I don't see why they wouldn't be willing to host it themselves (add to the ftp archive). However I can't speak on their behalf, just pointing out what makes sense. If getting the files to them proves difficult, just pm me or quote me and I'll gi...

Re: Definitive PC?
i think it was a Holger mistype. i used copy/paste. 3 PCI slots. the Z270 board only has 2. O.k.,- but what happened w/ XITE-1D and XITE-1? Was z270 tested w/ those 2 boxes and what were the results ? I think we´re interested in 100% data thruput and not only "some" and so called "it...

Re: Revival of Creamware Scope/SP from 2001 (15 DSP PCI)
... regardless of the OS - upto version 4.x all keys also work in 3.1 and vice versa. So, you say,- all the keys I own, bound to my 15DSP gen2 PCIcard and for SCOPE v4.0, incl. optional devices like Minimax, Prodyssey, B2003,- they will work in Mac OS9.x.x and in SCOPE SFP 3.1 ? On the Mac you don'...

Re: Revival of Creamware Scope/SP from 2001 (15 DSP PCI)
... SFP (Scope Fusion Platform) latest version compatible with Mac OS 9 is 3.1c. thx ! So I´d have no chance to get keys because my oldest version is SCOPE 4 for Windows and some optional devices came later w/ SCOPE 5.1. Now, regarding your G4 running on Mac OS 9.2.2, I would expect it to be totall...

Re: Revival of Creamware Scope/SP from 2001 (15 DSP PCI)
I will certainly keep the G4, like I did for all these years. Besides the noisy fan, it works at best and Scope rocks in it. In there I have the lowest latency ever (ULLI 3ms). So worst case scenario, if everything fails, that is a certitude until also its natural life will expire. The G4 is a grap...

Oh, so it's back to the Intel socket 1150 is the best choice ... Meanwhile I´m bored reading these questions again and again ... The socket and the chipset are different hardware components and never was a processor socket the culprit of any non-working or only partially working computer mobo for S...

Re: Scope 7 Bug List
Scope cards are not controlled by Windows via a driver. Scope cards are a separate computer. that's why they have a program. Scope is the operating system. excellent explanation ! And,- most of us (I guess),- want it to be the same ´til doomsday ! Using SCOPE on a separate machine is the best IMO,-...

these are more than enough for most use and they're cheap, $75-150 with Quadro video cards and 24/7 use build quality. Well,- and those "cheap" 24/7 build-quality servers have already how many years of 24/7 operation under their belt ? I understand the intention using these machines w/ th...
