Re: Is there a Scope synth plug in that does unison?

hey john, when i made those tests, what i wanted to see was the difference between midi and asio triggering (with silent way plugins). so i tried different combinations of trigger, eg and mvc. the results are clearly shown in the pictures. mvc c works pretty well, except when using a flexor eg. i tr...

Absolutely! Now working with 8.5.

I had completely forgotten about this, thanks for coming to the rescue, Gary!

Re: Mixbus

This is interesting... I was wondering if it could help with a totally different issue I have, which is loading Wavelab 8.5 with Scope. In a nutshell, if the XITE is on, Wavelab won't start. I can use other card's ASIO, no problem, but Scope doesn't work... Anyone has the same issue, and might this ...

Re: GSi Gemini and Axoloti... 15 years after S|C!

Totally agree, I've expressed the desire to have a self-sufficient XITE-1 quite often... Even if we had to avoid using certain modules / devices, there could be an expansion card with some sort of flash memory that would hold a few pre-built projects, enabling one to take the XITE out without a comp...

Hey Bud,

The ins and outs are unbalanced, but it does claim to have a max input level of +8 dBU

Jimmy, I'll do some recordings as soon as I get home ;)

Here's an awesome Reverb on one SHARC Chip

Hey fellow Zs! I wanted to share with you my latest discovery. Lately I've been more into live improvised electronics, and been having a lot of fun and learning much about making sounds (music!) in real time. Best thing is I have found a nice group of musicians and we meet regularly in a dark baseme...

Re: What's your favorite pad ?

Cool! What's the version number? You must be talking about the beta test version I sent to Jimmy V. for something. This was never released, as there were some problems with it - I've attached the most recent version of the Pro Wave that I have on my hard drive. I need to get a copy of the beta 2.0 b...

Re: What's your favorite pad ?

1.2.1 is the one from Sonic Cores's FTP, also on Zarg's website. I have that one installed as well, and can confirm that neither WT or Wav Oscillators are working. The latest one I have is 2.0, I got it directly from John Bowen, back in 2009. Unsure why it never made it to the shop, I believe it's q...

Re: What's your favorite pad ?

hi Tom, Pro-Wave 2.0 here. The Wavetable and the Wav Oscillators are both working on Win7-64 bit I had to re-check, as I was almost certain that the WT were working, but I was actually surprised to hear the Wavs working as well. I don't usually load samples in Scope, and I took for granted it wouldn...

Re: What's your favorite pad ?

I see that your Pro-Wave is like mine... See in the 1st pic, the OSC B volume reads 83, while the knob points to 0. A bit confusing sometimes :)

Wow, SiriusBliss! That's some serious synth power :)

Is Mimix an alternative to Audiobus? What hardware are you using?

Re: Android or iPhone Apps that can control Scope Mixers

Thanks for answering. Do you run all those synths at the same time? If so, that looks promising... I'll have a 2nd Gen iPad in a week or so to try out. At the very least I'll be getting out of iOS 5 ;)

Re: Android or iPhone Apps that can control Scope Mixers

Also using a Behringer iS202, had it for a week or so... How have you guys been getting along with it? The features are quite clever, but I'm not really impressed with the sound and performance, though... MIDI is OK, but for audio, if I have Lemur open and try to play Animoog, for eg., I get a lot o...

Re: Android or iPhone Apps that can control Scope Mixers

Yes, Lemur, TouchOSC and MDI Studio all work like that: choose the GUI elements, configure them in terms of MIDI channel, port, CC etc, then just touch away. The TC one looks incredible, but I guess you have to configure "gestures" to create data. Lemur for eg will allow you to build a 1:1...

Saving Presets on a Prodissey Klangbox without the editor

I've modified a Lemur Template for the USE-Audio Plugiator so that it works with the Klangbox. So far so good, but I can't figure out how to store a preset without using the editor...

Is it possible? I can't see it on the MIDI implementation chart, maybe sysex?

Thanks!

Re: Android or iPhone Apps that can control Scope Mixers

I have used Lemur (https://liine.net/en/products/lemur/) for many different tasks these last few years, it works very well and is stable. Can be quite complex, and the documentation is a bit scarce, as are tutorials, but even the basic stuff can go a long way. I just completed a template to control ...
