Has anyone had any success configuring Rocksmith to work on Scope with low latency?
I have (I guess) about 100ms latency currently and am chasing my tail adjusting things to get it down.

Re: Replacement for STS formant abilities?
Ah, seems I was a bit premature. I ran it as a normal user and got the "Can't find DSP file MVC STS 5000 VxD - Please check installation." error. I ran it as administrator and was able to load STS 5000 x64. I was able to load the default patch "BEATS120.STS" that comes wtih Scope...

Re: Replacement for STS formant abilities?
OK I'm confused: I thought that STS samplers didn't work in 64 bit.
I moved to Scope 5.1 64bit yesterday and my STS is still working absolutely fine!
I must have got the wrong end of the stick somewhere.
Anyway, colour me happy.

Oh, wait, it seems you can safely turn it off again once the driver's installed. Happy days. Thanks for the help!

Re: ERROR: InstallDriver returned -2
Thanks, you're right Gary, the instructions are in the email. They were down past the .sig so I didn't spot them! Pasted below ======================================== You can permanently enable Test Mode by opening an Elevated Command Prompt and typing the following commands, then rebooting: bcdedi...

ERROR: InstallDriver returned -2
Finally took the 64bit plunge and bought v5.1 this week.
Midway through installing I reached the driver install stage.
I get the error:
Found: "Sonic Core Pulsar 2"
ERROR: InstallDriver returned -2
[Cancel]
Anyone seen this before?

Replacement for STS formant abilities?
After holding off for around six or seven years I'm thinking it's time to go 64bit. Which means goodbye STS. I've grown really attached to the STS formant abilites - mapping formant and pitch to the modwheel is super-expressive. Stream my tracks Kandinsky or Cola from here to hear what I mean:...

Re: tube devices
I bought one of these http://bravoaudio.com/bravo2.html and realised it had shitty sound quality for music, so now I use it as an aux send from my Sonic Core system as an outboard distortion unit! https://vine.co/v/MDmrQlgXAzv Those harmonics are from a sine input. :-/ really bad for music listening!

This looks amazing.
I haven't found requirements anywhere: Is it compatible with Scope 5.0?

No! Only just noticed this thread. I would have jumped on that deal!
I've subbed to their newsletter so hopefully won't miss the next one.
Dropping the price of the 5.1 upgrade bodes well for 6, no? Or is that vain hope?

OK It seems I need to start reading manuals before posting. Just found out that the knobs can control both switches and faders. Happy days.

Re: Modular patch gui
Aha, thanks! I forgot all about the "Show remote" button in Modular III which is almost exactly what I was after! Seems like it only supports dials, not switches or faders, and is non-configurable in terms of layout. Any other options that offer switches, faders, and more configurability? ...

Modular patch gui
One thing I wish I had in Modular III is the ability to build a patch and then make a gui for it, just showing the main knobs rather than all the guts inside. Is there any clever way to do this in Modular III that I haven't thought of? i.e. imagine you build a crazy full-screen synth, but when you s...

Re: Two Pulsar IIs in Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 Intel Z87 Socket 1
Just to follow up - I found that with the stock overclock applied by scan.co.uk I was getting BSODs during video games.
I've rolled back the CPU clock speed to stock and am now running stable.

Re: Two Pulsar IIs in Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 Intel Z87 Socket 1
OK Team, news to report. :) Bought the GIGABYTE Z87-HD3 LGA 1150 motherboard, with an Intel Core i5-4670K @ 3.4GHz, 8GB RAM Just installed it last night, tried the Masterverb test this morning, got 9 Masterverbs. On my old Mobo I used to get 11 Masterverbs. So that's a little worse but certainly not...
