I very recently changed over to 64bit and was prepared to put the Xite-1 on hold until the 64bit drivers were ready. So I was pleasantly surprised to get an email with the beta. So I made a True Image backup of my drive (just in case), uninstalled my MOTU Traveller and then connected the Xite-1 back...

It's not required, since the card is PCIe, but I've read of other conflicts with NON TI chipsets.

I can confirm both of these points.

I have plugged my MOTU Traveller Mk3 (connected to my Mac) to the Xite-1 via four optical cables and they work together really well.

I also bought a 3 metre HDMI cable as the stock 1 metre was way too short for the layout of my room - again, it works really well.

Even though there are only 128 steps, most controllers (either faders or rotaries) 'jump' from one value to another e.g. from value zero to 20 to 65 to 80 to 127. Some sort of 'delay' or 'filter' would allow the steps to smoothly go from one value to another.

Is there any way of 'slewing' the MIDI signals coming from an external input? I'm trying to eliminate the 'zippering' effect of low resolution MIDI CC messages when controlling Scope synths.

Has anyone tried Scope using Vienna Ensemble Pro host?

I want to try using Scope devices as plugins in Logic Pro using VEP run from my PC and I wondered if anyone has any experience trying this.
