I can only enlighten this forum about Techno music. Its about the vibe behind it, not so much as what is presented infront of you. For loads and loads of people techno is a tool, the vibe which is put out is the path, and the final destination is freedom! Concider not entertaining people with the mu...

Hi,

I need some more space (and perhaps speed) for my vdat recordings. I was wondering if it makes sense to order a SATA 10000 rpm disk or just go for large IDE ?

It probably depends on the bitdepth and number of channels no ?

Cheers,
F.

hiya, If you have a big huge insane image off what you want to achieve with scope your mind has less trouble finding you tools too get there! That being said, I enjoy FL Studio alot, basicly its the way, for me, too build awesome rhythms fast! And then expand and modify them even faster..... speed i...

Hi Jan,

I have 3 creamware cards, 14 DSPs. And I could use some more! :]

I think if you produce step by step, so you make projects for recording, mastering, synths & sequencing, then 15 is a pretty ok number! I would love more tho!

The input of the device shouldnt have to be midi tho! Neither should the output! I say put a layer between it. Why not contact the values in SFP directly instead of using midi ? Would it be faster, or just as fast, as midi if: * you read out the values of buttons/knobs/faders/etc * wait for a contro...

How about creating some software which internally controls the values of the SFP enviroment instead of via midi. If we can build a box which simply sends out a knob number and a +1 / -1 value then your controller knob would always be in the right position! The software could hold the presets. Of cou...

Hi,

I wanted to know some possibilities with the scope platform.

Is there some sort of API which lets programmers interface with *all* the buttons/values on the scope card ? So instead of rotating a button with your mouse, or chaning a slider value, software could do it ?

Thanks,
Frans

Great, that works!

I will bug SFPreport@creamware.com as well! I suggest everybody who reads this thread those  If they wont listen we'll start sending screenshots of each non-remembered sidechain input, fullscreen ofcourse *grin*

Or you could just breath on them atomic!

Hi, When I load limiters/compressor into insert slots of mixers/multifx sidechaining does work but values of input channels (for sidechain) will not be saved with the project. Also, I cant change the values when I set them. I cant disconnect either, clicking the "none" option does nothing....
