For me, i just renamed 5.1 dirs just to be sure (.bak) and installed Scope 7. No problem here. But...i am probably the only one still on XP (pci cards) haha...only for sdk 4 I just switch the drivers, disable and re-enable cards by script (so no restart required) and run the other software versions....

Yep. Let me know if you need it open. Those arrays can be powerfull. Yes it is two, but they dont take up any dsp so you can easily use them for this kind of stuff

It is possible to sent the text value of an array to one of the text fields. One of them has text as a pad/var....
use two of them next to each other sending out HELLO world would do the trick.

It is used by several delays for example...delay needs a buffer ofcourse but are limited in amount. There are several other atoms which use it and it is all used for buffering.

Especially in a relative small room i would always go for diffusing and scattering of mids and highs to keep it as live as possible...but.....absorb all the low ends cause that is always the problem then. Then hang up some curtains you can pull in to dampen the mids and highs according to taste. Imh...

To check wheiter it is the cable or connector...whenever it does work....start wiggling....if it stops or causes problems then you know it is xonnector or cable.

But still....why ok on other pc....
