It runs in an old win 98 pc. The tdat software was great.

May be the core problem is the same. But copy the SB 404 brings no success, like copy the mds8 modul.

I have a W7 64-bit PC and XITE 1 ans sb404 V2.

Got the same problem with sb404. If I change a preset, it will not load correct.
Only after reset by changing the samplingrate there is the correct preset working ...

Yes its a very good sounding synth and I love to use it.
But I agree with Mr. Arkardi. It is broken since Scope 5.1
I hope it will fixed soon.

The old triple dat hardware works not under xp. Last system is Win98 or ME.
Later, there was a tripledat-plugin that you can use on scope under win98 and xp...

So if you got old hardware, win98 (me) is the only way to make it run...

I identified IRQ15 as open and set the jumpers on the board to 15. When I run the test program it does not see the board, it thinks it is on IRQ 10. This should not happen.... I think there is a hardware error. If you jump it to IRQ 15 then the program will find it. So I think the jumper connection...

It was several attempts to get the tripleboard to be "found" by the software. I have figured out that I must use IRQ15. My plan was to run the hardware/software in 2.4 to work out the bugs then upgrade to 3.06. First you have to know witch IRQ's are used in your win98 pc by other controle...

I also have an win 98 pc working with tdat 3.06 .
It's usefull for my old projects. If you got a questions...

Yes it works fine on vista 32. I test the XITE since two weeks.
The only thing is, you have to start scope as administrator.
