Ooh, this looks really nice maus, i really like the simplified matrix view you added in. It's all very clean and simple!
But what is really great is all the busses are stereo!! I'm in dub-ping-pong heaven. Thanks!

Re: iPad Pro Apps Need Advice.
Also an iPad Camera Adapter gives you the USB host port out of the iPad. Get one that allows you to charge & use USB at the same time. I've had no problems with 3rd party adapters, since Apple wants $80 for theirs. Then over USB, you can host a USB hub, and any midi class compliant devices (anyt...

Re: iPad Pro Apps Need Advice.
Sounds like you just need buttons, so most apps can do this. If you want a few knobs/sliders/x-y pads for morphing several CC's at the same time, I think: MIDI designer Pro 2 is the best app for live use...the visuals work well for that. LEMUR is super powerful, but more complex to build a patch. Bu...

Re: Nord Lead 2 alike for Scope?
The Nords, to me, were always a bit clinical in their sound. Nothing warm about the oscillators or filter, nothing snappy or creamy about the envelopes. And that’s after owning both nord modulars. But scope, on the other hand, has some amazingly warm sounds that can have “body”, much like a real ins...

Re: Windows 10 - what do I need to look out for?
I've used a Lenovo W510, but think any W5 series with an Express card slot will work. It should be plugged in,since the laptop really can't support the power of the i7 at that time without AC power. That said, I would expect any decent modern laptop with thunderbolt would work. I have a Lenovo Yoga ...

Re: Synthedit Demo Crashes SCOPE
This seems to happen with software that assumes control of the asio driver's features. I think Gary has guided or knew of at least one company that changed their software because of this. So maybe write to S|C support, and find what info SynthEdit needs to change their use of Scope's ASIO driver.

Zlink can do any number of channels (1-16) at any sample rate (32/45/48/88/96).
ADAT can only up to 8 ch at 48kHz. SMux gets up to 96kHz, but you have to sacrifice 4 channels of bandwidth to do it.

Re: PCI Overflow Solved
This is a big deal to know about. I’d guess shared video can have the same effect (eating up RAM bandwidth along with anything else, starving xite’s Path to host ram, forcing a pci overflow to show....). I’ve had a similar issue when my laptop goes into a super low power mode, slowing processor and ...
