Re: Win10 Crackles
Ok, if you have done every possible tweak, then as last resource, is the RAM ok? Are you using approved RAM as stated on the HP web site? Is the RAM inserted inside the correct channels? I have found a support page where a user asks for RAM compatibility and the answer also explains where to insert ...

Re: Win10 Crackles
You can disable it from windows device manager, go to Device Manager > System Devices > High Precision Event TimerThe HPET setting isn't there.
right click and select "Disable" and reboot.
If you don't see it, it's because it's not enabled on your system.

Re: Win10 Crackles
Hi, can't talk for your specific motherboard and CPU, but it happened to me after updating the BIOS, that some previously disabled functionality switched back to on. So the system started to produce random clicks for no reason, then I checked inside the BIOS and virtualization was the culprit. After...

Re: Redondant Xite midi
I have 4 entries for Xite midi, I have enable 2 midi port in the driver... So everything seem to be fine into the "software devices" and nothing is greyed. My latest idea is that those midi port from the previous Scope install might be in the prefs of the DAWs. will try that later. Yes, R...

Re: Redondant Xite midi
How many Xite-1 midi do you have in that "software devices" list? I have 16 entries for the Xite, the name for all the software ports is "6 - MIDI" (my windows disk has been migrated to several hardware over the time) and if I check the properties I can see "Location on Sco...

Re: Redondant Xite midi
to.: nebelfuerst Nothing change. It's the first time I tried to increase the number of midi port in the driver settings. Also I did open in Scope a total of 4 Sequencer Midi Source. But the DAWS only see 2 Midi sources. to.: djmicron None of the Scope drivers are greyed. Hi, if you are seeing dupli...

Re: Verb Gold 3-23 DSP missing Files - Now works :)
Hi, for the ones having missing dsp problems with Dadev devices, you need the dsplib package. It's still downloadable over archive.org from the following link:
https://web.archive.org/web/20050205223 ... dadev.com/
Extract the content inside the Scope dsp folder and you are ok.

Re: questions
On my latest build based on Ryzen and Asus crosshair VII hero and windows 10, very rare clicks on wave source and no clicks on ASIO. My usual settings are 48 KHz and 6 ms ULLI and 32 channels of ASIO. I Also suggest to disconnect the wave source modules inside Scope when working with ASIO, because i...

Re: Scope 7 driver BSOD
Hi, some applications such as the ones based on libportaudio asio, can generate BSOD with scope asio driver. My simple workaround is to use Reaper's rearoute multiclient asio driver, set scope asio driver inside reaper and set rearoute asio driver from the buggy applications, then route the signal i...

Re: WoW For the first time in 15 years I have no clicks using the Wave drivers
MusicBee is also a media player that supports ASIO without the need of additional plug-ins. About the clicks, I only experienced them after Scope V5 on Windows 7 and 10 and since Scope V7 upgrade, I have to say that clicks are very rare and I noticed it was worst on LGA1155 platform until I upgraded...

Re: MPA: A whole new Chapter for SCOPE and you are invited
no I´m happy to read that. Holger is busy coding SCOPE 7.1, probably w/ very small amount of manpower,- and now S|C users think about helping MPA increasing range of devices by using SDK 5 or 7 they bought from S|C. Very sad IMO. Bud Don't know the DinoPark in deep, but as i can read on the web sit...
