Re: What is new in Scope 5 ?

Hi all, Long time no see. Been preoccupied with so much that haven't had time to visit this or any other forum. I too am curious about Scope 5. 4.5 is for me still a bit unpredictable. Minor bugs here and there. I still haven't fully got to grips with XTC as much as I would like to, though it could ...

Soundproofing/Insulation Problem.

Hello All. Long time no see. I have recently moved into a new house and have setup my music studio in my attic/top floor which is above our bedroom. However I have come across a problem. When I play my keyboard/synth, the action of me hitting my keys sounds like a herd of stampeding elephants in the...

Reinstall Plugins From Clean Reinstall Of Scope 4.5 Question

Hi, I have just reinstalled everything from scratch (something I do about every two years). Anyway, I own the Dynatube Bundle and Flexor 1.5. I recently got a new Skf. authorisation key from Creamware, but I don't see my Dynatube bundle or Flexor Package installed. Have I been sent an incomplete key...

Internet Explorer. Though I don't encounter any "problems" downloading stuff from other sites, just the Adern one with regard to the strange file size that has to be downloaded twice to make sure I get the correct size.

Thanks for the reply Alfonso. However, what about the strange download thing? As I said, I download a file say 25 Mb in size, it downloads something like 300kb. I download again, it asks me to replace the file and then the file is the normal download size. Why is that?

Flexor question(s)

Hello, There seems to be no life at the Adern site and forum, so I hope you don't mind me asking here as I haven't had any response at adern.com. So here are my questions I asked there: I have recently had to reinstall everything so therefore had to download Flexor again. Anyway, I noticed a strange...

well for one thing the sts-5000 is not a synth, it's a sampler, so its created to manage samples. I don't know the v-synth but I doubt that the sts can be compared to it. However, I think that Scope as a whole offers you more than any one piece of gear on the planet! What's your setup for now? In s...

Roland XT and STS 5000- Are they comparable?

Hello, I have been lusting over the Roland V Synth XT rack version for a while now. I love the sound and possibilities. However, can the STS 5000 in essence do the same thing? It would certainly cost a lot cheaper. I have been trying to come up with reasons for and against buying the Roland. For: In...

I would definitely go with Reactor because of its wide range of instruments and features. I am not particularly found of its characteristic sound, but I realised this is due to the presets included with it. You can do your own, and you’ll find an infinite potential in it. Go software… software is g...

Roland V-Synth Question And More.

Hello, I am seriously thinking of trading in my Korg Triton Rack and Ensoniq DP4+ to buy the Roland V Synth Rack XT ( I love the sound by the way). Am I doing the right thing? I would get 650 euros for the Korg and 250 euros for the DP4+. I am happy enough to get what I was offered for the Korg, not...

It's more a question of is SP 2 an essential install? Is it better to have it installed or not, or shall I just stay with SP 1?

Thanks

To Install SP2 Or Not To Install SP2, That Is The Question?

Hello, First of all I have done a search of this forum before bothering anyone with a possible banal question and there are loads of pages to trawl through that aren't relevant to what I am asking. I will be soon reinstalling a clean image of XP on my machine to make things run smooth and tidy up th...

an adult carries about 3 kilogram bacteries, you'd be dead if you wouldn't. On a clean hand you have about 50 million bacteries, a handshake will transfer about 50.000 of them. Throws another light on handshaking while saying 'how are you doing?'... I might buy one of these now: http://www2.swedepr...
