Re: How to save midiCC after assigning an device or module ?

Unfortunately it is still a bug in Scope 7. Also, the bug isn't "just" a few knobs not being assigned anymore. Some of the affected knobs/variables stops working correctly and also changes the values, thus some of these buggy knobs might affect your "reloaded" sound and cause it to sound different w...

Re: How to save midiCC after assigning an device or module ?

You are able to save cc-presets in the "CC-midi"-folder in the preset-folder. But there is a bug in the system (long explanation) and some devices (fx all main Creamware/Sonic/Core-developed synths) will not function correctly and maybe sound different upon reloading a preset. Saving a project also ...

It seems like they are quite far in the development. And big important players are onboard, including Google! :o ? The Elektron RYTM is a drum machine:

I would need another room dedicated to my hobby in order to run a complicated setup like yours Valis :)

Re: New Windows 10 installation - how should I tune it?

I'm aiming for a "one pc to run it all"-concept here, and I want to integrate my RYTM with Scope 7, so there's no real way around windows 10.

Thanks for the links Gary - I'll check them out!

Re: New Windows 10 installation - how should I tune it?

Thank you very much for the input! Yes - I have a USB installer on a USB key and downloaded Windows 10 using this official Microsoft tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 I also have my old windows 7 key, so I guess I'm good to go now? I do recall seing a post here about ...

Midi 2.0 announced

I don't know any details - But I want it, and I want it in Scope (sorry Holger) :) "The MIDI 2.0 initiative updates MIDI with auto-configuration, new DAW/web integrations, extended resolution, increased expressiveness, and tighter timing -- all while maintaining a high priority on backward compatibi...

New Windows 10 installation - how should I tune it?

Microsoft are dropping support and updates for windows 7 in a year and music technology I own (Elektron RYTM) are starting to drop support for windows 7 already, so I am now in a position where I have to upgrade to windows 10. How should tune windows 10 in order to make it work the best it can with ...

Maybe a sub forum with all things "often requested", like older scope installs and plugins. Maybe even the info about "which mobo".

We could call it: this is what you are looking for :)

Re: wave source for windows 10 64bit fixed in Scope 7?

Hehe - once I get it to work the way I want it, I'm gonna do the vocoder thing on my pals, some pitch shifting could also be fun: Hey dude, you sound all weird today! What !? What do I sound like? :) But, the point of this manuevre is to avoid using my MOBO mic in, because it is way to noisy, and th...

Re: wave source for windows 10 64bit fixed in Scope 7?

Thank you Gary I downloaded voicemeter and had a look at it, but couldn't quite make it do what I want: Scope mic source -> Scope ASIO Dest (instead of Wave Dest) -> Voicemeeter -> Windows (Primary Recording Source) I'll give it another shot this weekend. If it doesn't work I'll have a look at reape...

Re: wave source for windows 10 64bit fixed in Scope 7?

I recently developed a need for the Scope Wave modules. I play a few games now and then, and would like to use the Mic-input on my XITE, because the mic input on my mobo is so noisy, and now that I have a good mic preamp sitting there in my XITE in front of me. But unfortunately the "Wave dest" does...

Re: 64bit drivers and modules: what is working and what is not

If I could, I would go back to 32 bit Scope v5.1. I got a more complete version of Scope that way, but alas, modern DAW's and other PC needs have forced me to move on from 32 into 64 bit land. In Scope, it is not a better place to be. Not yet, but as they say - soon! In other words, if you don't, fo...
