Re: Jackaudio, Voicemeeter. Soundflower...

robinette, i understand your dilema. if there was a MADI option, it would replace Z-Link, and i'm all for that. i'd love to see a Dante option as well, but neither exists at this time. the other solution is more pricey, but since you insist on a pricey AD/DA, maybe that's not the end of the world. ...

Re: Jackaudio, Voicemeeter. Soundflower...

because of how ASIO works, it's unlikely that you will find what you want in this way. drivers connect hardware to software, never hardware to hardware, and ASIO requires that the app be locked to the driver. locking to two drivers would probably be a fairly problematic thing to do. Well... Actuall...

Re: Jackaudio, Voicemeeter. Soundflower...

Except Banana is the only one I know able to link 2 audio interfaces. I too am looking for such a application. Odeus is able to do it if you send to it the 2° audio interface signal via ethernet. Odeus works with a single ASIO driver. Does not link to another ASIO driver. You can transmit multichan...

Re: Jackaudio, Voicemeeter. Soundflower...

bidule ? It does not look like Bidule does what I need. I do not require processing, just routing. But the routing must be done between ASIO drivers of two different audio interfaces. As I said before, the idea is to work in Scope with Xite-1 but go out to the external table through an Orion 32. As...

With Scope 7 you shouldn't need to do this at all. The updated ASIO module should work with current versions of Bitwig
I know. It is not to use Bitwig. It is for another purpose.
All I need is to make Jack (x86) work with Scope.

Thanks.

well it shouldn't be too hard to implement in the software since it's already been done. I didn't even know this card existed. https://www.ebay.com/itm/MADI-Interface-optical-for-CreamWare-SonicCore-Scope-Pulsar-II-PCI-DSP/192459938806?hash=item2ccf819bf6:g:veUAAOSwkjFaiet6 :o :o :o :o :o :o

Re: Issues with Bitwig 2.x and questions about 2nd ASIO sour

For anyone else who might find themselves in this boat. Here's a quick rundown of how I solved the issue. Step 1: Install Jack for Windows (http://www.jackaudio.org/faq/jack_on_windows.html) Step 2: Install ASIO4All (http://asio4all.com/) Step 3: Register Jack Router (regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x8...

Jackaudio, Voicemeeter. Soundflower...

Hi. Actually I'm not looking for software that sends audio between applications. The title softwares I think they do that precisely. What I'm looking for is sending audio from one audio interface to another through its drivers. The software must be able to see the drivers of two (or more) audio inte...

no.
v6 was abandoned 3 years ago. it did not work.
Do you mean that the idea of an open platform has been forgotten?
There will be no possibility in the future of running on Linux, MacOs ...?

A greeting.

Re: Xite upgrade idea for portable

I would love to have a cable (HDMI, USB, Thunderbolt) without the need of an expresscard or a PCIe. Hope it is possible ! ? I think that it is possible. Thunderbolt 3 has PCIe, and Xite communicates via PCIe. You just have to make an adapter/interface. On one end HDMI and the other Thunderbo...

And an expansion over ethernet (AVB, Dante ...) ?.
I think it is the future and would give more possibilities to this platform to use it live and studio.

Greetings.

Re: Win 10 - scope driver does not work since recent update

Reaper via Asio works. For me it seem to be a compatibility issue between Pulsar and several windwos apps on the asio/winaspi. Interesting that this occured after the win10 update. Does microsoft changed a little bit more than only the driver signature process ? Or maybe does the driver authorizati...

Re: Where does the Scope platform go?

Bastards... you've encouraged me again. :D I know it's the best platform (for me at least). Many times I have considered going to the dark side (OsX + UA Thunderbolt) to have greater simplicity of cables and space, portability, DAW integration (better than XTC mode) and get the best of OsX (iPad app...

Re: Where does the Scope platform go?

But the concept and hardware is far from being dead, and there are still ideas being developed, but sometimes you get thrown back bigtime, and have to start all over AGAIN....like scope 6....like some hardware never released....it takes time, money, effort, time, blood, sweat, tears, effort, money....

Where does the Scope platform go?

Five years ago they announced Scope 6. Today nothing is known at all. There is only life in third party plugin developers. Soniccore does not give life signals. I love this platform, but I need to know what future awaits. Some bugs continue on 64bit. Some devices do not work on Xite. I would like to...

Re: Its been a long time :)

Still curious if the Z-Link works between cards though, which would give me 18 stereo outputs from the Pulsar. I'd be careful with that. The z-link connection Scope cards includes the transmission of power (besides audio). Maybe you can avoid the transmission of power with a firewire cable 6 pin / ...
