Re: Needing Scope 4.5 for Mac Installers

I am also interested in archiving the Scope 4.5 and 4 for PC versions so if anyone has a link to those that will be appreciated although not immediately necessary for my application. All available archived downloads including manuals and sound demos seem to be here: https://web.archive.org/web/*/ht...

Gary is helping me with the keys but for now the 4.5 install can't be easily found. Can someone here hook me up with a download.
I've uploaded the installer for 4.5 to Dropbox and have send you the link via PM.
If anyone else wants the link as well, please PM me.

Re: I want a damn XITE-1D

There’s no other Audio Interface with a MIDI CC# controlled mixer. UAD Console, RME TotalMix, Lynx, Motu, etc. All of them are more worried about iPad controls. TotalMix can be controlled via MIDI. This is from the Fireface UCX manual (see https://www.rme-usa.com/downloads.html): TotalMix can be re...

Re: Presets and how to create them? (SDK 7)

IIRC you have to be on the topmost level of your circuit to be able to move the controls onto the panel.
So try this:
- Goto to the topmost level in Circuit mode
- Switch to Surface mode and Move mode
- Drag the control to the panel

Re: help with multi pc/interface setup

If the RME interface has built-in MIDI ports you could use these.
If not you could send MIDI over ethernet via CopperLan for example.
You can download it here: http://copperlan.org/index.php/download

Re: How to identify the plate on my card?

Maybe this quote from Gary helps:
there is an extra small chip on the i/o daughter card, near the edge, for balancing the connection. that one uses the XLR whip.

Re: OSC Receiver and Sender

My Windows PCs are offline and I'm only using them for music stuff, so I don't have installed many applications and usually don't do Windows updates.
I'll try to install it on my Windows 7 box later today.

Re: OSC Receiver and Sender

Looks like the OSC dlls need the msvcp120.dll which was not on my Windows XP system.
The installer installed the 2010 C++ redistributable, but msvcp120.dll comes with 2013.
So installing the following vcredist_x86.exe fixed it: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/downloa ... x?id=40784

See if the download links from the wayback machine work. I can't try at the moment (on my tablet): SFP 3.1c for Mac: https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.cwaudio.de/download/software/sfp/SFP_v3_1c.sit Click on Nov. 6 and then a link should appear. Re: OSC Receiver and Sender

Ok, great! Thanks for the clarification! All this licensing stuff is quite complicated. At least for me...
So did you intentionally include the older version 2 of the GPL here?

Re: OSC Receiver

I'd have to check on the exact details of licensing and how it would work for using an open source dll in a commercial project, but here's an idea of the worst case: https://juce.com/get-juce (i.e. it might need a splash screen) I found the following regarding the splash screen: The splash screen o...
