Thanks for the info, Dante. But the operators would only affect pitch. How would I control an operator's volume, for example?dante wrote:It has a Modulation parameter, for the mod wheel sensitivity. Other than that, of you set any of the operators to a low frequency, they become low frequency oscillators.

Re: DAS FM07
Am I mistaken or does the DAS F07 lack LFOs? I thought even the original DX7 had them.
Re: JoPo VxD
I see. I am 64 bit.
I'll write him an email.
Thanks fo the info, guys.

Re: JoPo VxD
Looks like I'm getting missing VxD errors for Solaris V5.0 and also Quantum Wave. I have the latest version of Scope installed and the last version of Solaris released. I presume this is a known problem? Does anyone know what the issue is? It's a shame really, it's a great sounding synth and it's al...

Wow, a converter and patch/bank sharing would be great!
Looks like I'll be splashing out for the FM bundle, then!

Re: DAS FM07
no sysex support like the ni sound is nice though but you would need to write patch sheets to read dx7 sysex files long time waster but thats what i used to do for my older synths esq1 sq80 and the dx7 and cz101 minimoog but with open scope hopefully this sysex implimentation will be able to be sup...

DAS FM07
Does anyone use the DAS F07 from the FM pack? I'm thinking of getting this. How does it compare to a native plugin such as NI FM8?

Re: Quantizer
Hi Jimmy, Some great ideas there. For my use, I'd like to keep the patch as simple as possible and have a more comprehensive quantizer. Have a look at the Doepfer quantizer I have in my analogue modular: http://www.doepfer.de/a156.gif Have a look at the 'Quantizer 2' section. We have a CV in (the si...

Re: Quantizer
Hi Roy,
That's great, it worked. Thank you very much!!
I want to be cheeky and ask if it's also possible to create a new gate pulse every time the pitch quantizer plays a note so that it would retrigger an envelope?

Yes, those ones. Thanks
I never use the Scope Modular for drums therefore I had no idea that the drum modules were brown!

Quantizer
I'd like to emulate a common patch done in analogue modulars where an LFO or random CV source is plugged into a quatizer to give notes played in a certain scale or even key. What modules do you think I would need for this? I've tried plugging in a sine-wave LFO into Flexor's Scale Tuning module then...

Re: Xite-1 and A16 Ultra expandability
I also think that large studios would be very interested in seeing more expandability. The mic pres are fine for live and home project studio work, and the AES/EBU is great, but I have seen more and more high end hardware w/AES/EBU, and the XITE-1 would be a real pleasure to have an expansion port ...

Xite-1 and A16 Ultra expandability
Hi all,
I have an A16 Ultra connected to my Xite-1 via Z-Link. I have my Mac connected to the Xite-1 via ADAT.
I would like to connect another A16 to the Xite so would it be possible to connect the second A16 via ADAT lightpipe to the first A16 and have access to the extra I/O in Scope?

Re: XTC or ReaInserts
Yes, similar to how I do it in Samplitude. Set it up routing inserts as 'external' hardware routing for low-latency without necessarily needing XTC. This way I've also tested 'freezing' the return tracks coming back in from the 'external' Scope hardware. Much more old school but effective. G The on...

How to use the meterbridge module?
Hi all,
How do I use the meterbridge module in Scope v.5? When I drag it into the routing window there are no ins or outs on it. So how am I supposed to use it?
Thanks
