Very happy Antec P182 user here. At the time i bought it they were about £60 on ebuyer.
Very well designed and thought out, excellent build quality (very heavy and solid construction!) silent and cool.
Full length pci cards fit easily and there is loads of room for other things as well.

How much for a 14/15 DSP Pro Card/Booster?
I have a Pulsar 2 with Scope 5 and the I/O already I just want more DSP power.. looking at the 14/15 DSP cards. How much are they worth roughly? or shall i say how much do they sell for? A perfect scenario for me would be finding someone selling one of these big cards with the mix and master pack an...

Re: Special sale at Adern!
Thanks to this generous offer and a healthy paypal balance from sales on Discogs.. I managed to pickup XOR a few days ago :D Brilliant synth, very unique and compliments my others very well. Exactly what i was needing. Im amazed there is not more talk of XOR, perhaps everyone thinks of it as a "...

3rd Party modules hosted on planetz are gone..
Ive been browsing this page and collecting some of the excellent modules for Modular http://www.modularsynth.co.uk/modulepages/shroomz.html Although many of the links which come back to planetz no longer work.. So i was wondering if they're hosted anywhere else or some other modular resource site? I...

Re: Stereo Tube Filter module for Mod2 & 3 ..(beta v0.3)
Just thought i would bump this thread to say thanks for the tube filter.
I found it via the modularsynth.co.uk website a few months back and have been enjoying it since. As a audio effect filter and also in synth designs.

Thanks
I found this via modularsynth.co.uk and have been using it for a while now, combined with your 5544S LP24db Filter and Shroomz Stereo Tube Filter also found via that site.
Very nice!

Sherman Filterbank 2
Would anyone else like to see a device or modular device based on the Sherman FB2? I know its not possible to emulate some things like the actual sound of it being driven/distorted on input, as its a very unique sound. Also the little imperfections and noise such as hearing the lfo But some kind of ...
Re: paypal
I sell alot of dance records on the internet (Discogs/eBay) and deal with people paying me via paypal almost every day.. 99% of the time it goes smoothly but i have had problems with banks pulling the money back, even weeks after the guy has paid. guess if the buyer has got himself into a tangle wit...
Re: paypal
For example.. If you sent me a couple of thousand with paypal just now. I would get an email saying payment recieved and the money would show in my paypal account. Unless echeque as GaryB says. In that case i would get an email telling me an approximate date of it clearing. When its in the account i...

Re: Short freezes on Cubase playback when using Scope Reverb?
Thanks for the reply So only Scope reverbs require PCI to memory? Or will other devices like synths cause this too? Im also using 2x UAD PCIE cards and a TC Powercore PCI card so perhaps they're not helping... Motherboard is Intel DP35 I'll look at my Cubase and XP settings.. So Cubase Preload time ...

Short freezes on Cubase playback when using Scope Reverb?
Im using Cubase 4 and have my Scope card setup so audio is routed out via ADAT and back into my RME Fireface (which is the main audio interface im using) RME set as master, Pulsar as slave. All synced up The audio from Scope goes into Cubase, just like i were using hardware/outboard synths and fx. T...

Re: Pro One and Pro Wave
Not really explored loading wav samples at depth yet but plan to soon. Thanks for those JD800 samples btw! One thing i have noticed is that the ProWave v1.0 demo i tried has different oscillators to the v1.2 and v2 versions of ProWave. Noticed they sounded different when making bass patches so i dec...

Re: Devices with name changes - Old project compatibility?
Solved! In case anybody needs to know this. Actually an easy fix, almost too obvious and thats why i never tried it... When Scope asks for the old named device (eg Pro12) simply "browse" then pick the device under its new name from your C;\Scope folder. And Scope just loads it as normal. G...

Re: Problems registering software (Scope v5)
By the looks of it i have the software serial no in the title of the keyfile Ralf sent. Well a 12 digit number at least. Just tried putting that into the box, both before and after importing the keyfile but still no luck. I sent Ralf the request string a few days ago but havent heard anything.. i gu...
