Re: Korg KRONOS Workstation

Thanks for the kind words Nestor! As always, technology marches apace and competition is fierce. Often, one day's accomplishments and breakthroughs are the next day's old news. It's nice to see KRONOS increasingly being used on stage, TV performances, etc. I recently got a chance to see an awesome P...

Re: Korg KRONOS Workstation

I work on the embedded software in the KRONOS itself, so I can't really answer why there's no Korg ASIO driver, sorry. The KRONOS itself acts as a standard class compliant audio USB device, so you get MIDI and stereo audio I/O over USB, using standard system drivers. Things always seem to be easier ...

Re: The monster of atomic war is upon us, again...

Goodness gracious- I just checked back to see what happened here over the weekend, and was stunned to see all the bickering/nonsense that followed my post. I can't be bothered reading all of it, but I think it's time to end this thread. Nestor, even though this is the off-topic area and I generally ...

Man Jimmy, you've got some stories! :)
Yeah Cochise, these antibiotics are totally nailing it- I'm feeling much better.

Re: Happy 13th Birsthday Planet Z!

My wife is Chinese and loves to eat raw garlic with noodles.
The only way to deal with the unbearable stink is to join her :)

Turns out my virus had turned into a secondary sinus infection. Got antibiotics and am now much happier. Bummed that I had to cancel my NAMM trip. Bad timing. :(

yeah, like it is also a fact that the happy birthday shit seems to be meant to mask the return of the war shit on Planetz... @guests: member Nestor is obsessed by the idea of the 'New World Order', and by making prophecies of extreme doom scenarios. His views and obsession are not appreciated by ev...

Cool drawing, Nestor.
A bright light in an otherwise gloomy week- I'm barely conscious with that nasty flu that's going around.
Not sure I'm gonna make it to NAMM :(

Re: French Actors Are Bolting From France

Well, that just about covers it. Niceboy/bear, whether you intend to or not, your behavior makes the planetz forums a worse place, and I'm not interested in dealing with it anymore. I'm sure you will feel wronged by this, but I must ask you to leave, again. Perhaps you could start your own forums, w...

Bud, that was unnecessary. If you haven't learned from the previous round, you can fully expect it to be repeated. Please let it slide.

about niceboy

I was on holidays and hadn't noticed what was happening here. I need to figure out how to turn on phpBB email-notification when a problem-report is filed. I didn't realize it was happening until someone PM'd me. Here's what I just sent to niceboy: Hi Niceboy, I only very rarely do this, but I have r...

Re: Using RMX 160 on drums

I've received multiple reports on this thread. I haven't read the whole mess, but I've seen enough. I've sent a ban-warning to niceboy- it's time to ease down on the insults, threats, swearing, and conspiracies. Meanwhile, can we please keep in mind that not everyone speaks perfect english, and be a...
