Re: Selling PulsarII with Plus I/O + 3DSP/Home with Luna + V

I ended up holding off on selling this because I was waiting on the 64 bit drivers. But now they are out and I have moved on. So This is up for grabs again. If you have any questions please send me an email to mike@michaelgoodwin.net You can sent your messages here but I will get them instantly if y...

Selling PulsarII with Plus I/O + 3DSP/Home with Luna + V5

Looking to sell my scope system. I have the above cards and breakout box with Scope 5 with the synth and sampler pack. I am missing the cable to join the two cards unfortunately. I am located in Canada and will ship to Canada and the US. The pricing on this stuff seems a little up in the air so plea...

STDM cabel anyone?

I am looking for a single cable to link a Luna with my PulsarII. I know SC sells them but they are way to expensive even before shipping.

Long shot but had to ask

Re: SCOPE v5 PCI RC is available!

Note: - We do not charging for update licenses. If one has v4.5, SCOPE v5 is for free. But you will need new keyfiles since some aspects of the copy protection are changed. Please submit your hardware serial number, (or even better your Scope.rgy) to register@soniccore.de. We will need probably som...

Yes Mark I am able to read. what's with the attitude? Attitude? If you can read, then you'll be able to read what it says on the SC website. :D In progress: Version 5 of the SCOPE software will be released at the same time we release the new hardware SCOPE XITE-1. That is not what it said whe...

Re: Info about the release of SCOPE XITE-1 and SCOPE 5

Well, tell me if I'm wrong here, but Sonic Core had an XITE-1 product that they originally took to Messe, then after lots of interest & LOTS of suggestions on how to improve the product, they wisely decided to listen to suggestions & have implemented most of what was suggested here on Plane...

Re: Info about the release of SCOPE XITE-1 and SCOPE 5

I think Sonic Core is going to need a lot of support for the platform in the way of slick looking/sounding software and a rather massive advertising budget to make much of a wave. Most of the software no matter how great it sounds looks VERY dated. People that are younger than me will look at this s...

Re: Which audio converter with Sonic Core 3 DSP card?

I can vouch first hand that the presonus converters are very good for the price. IMHO they are more accurate than the converters on my Pulsar2.

Re: I wish I could use vst's in the scope mixers!

Yes, I guess it would be easier to think of "input" as "send" and "output" as "return" when you are Scope-centric. I will try that device again if need be as it may at some point be an easier way to go. Thanks for the understanding folks. Scope is pretty vast...

Re: I wish I could use vst's in the scope mixers!

Well this is a little embarrassing but it turns out that Live's AUX returns do have the ability to send to external devices. I do not know what the heck I was looking at when I figured out that they didn't :-? Another thing I figured out that I should have seen two days ago is that live has somethin...

Re: I wish I could use vst's in the scope mixers!

That is a very helpful post XITE. Thank you for your time! I was looking into bidule earlier today wile trying to figure out the best way for me to use an alternative mixer to Live mixer. I am looking into all kinds of possibilities and bidule and Max MSP kept coming up. Max is something that I do n...

Re: I wish I could use vst's in the scope mixers!

The External Effects device would be ideal for this. Although it won't solve the latency issue. It's usually a set latency from 64, 128, 256 etc + additional plug-in latency. Use the free SD800 to delay everything else. This looks like the best way for me but I just can't get it to work the way I t...

Re: Scope 5

In short. There is no 'native only' plugin that sounds as good as the quality scope plugs, while being flexibly embedded into a full studio system with outstanding effects, synths and mixers. There is no modular synth system in native world with the sound of scope. 8) That is simply not the case. F...

Re: Who uses the analog outs for monitoring here?

The new uad's are pretty nutty. Like xite they represent the new world of dsp for audio production. I had used UAD in the past but there where issues with Live and the lack of power on the cards made them feel like a dongle that cost hundreds of dollars. Like the xite you are now looking at many tim...

Re: I wish I could use vst's in the scope mixers!

I think you can: send your aux to ASIO source and dest. Connect a (slim) VST host to the ASIO. route in the VST host the VST effects to ins and outs. But you have to live with the latency and the saving of presets. Total recall is in PT ;) Yes I think that would work. I was thinking of using some t...
