FS: Edirol UM-550 MIDI patchbay - check info
Mkeey..For sale i have Edirol UM-550 Midi patchbay. Now..i think short description is worth. Powercore goes down..Now it is only UAD and SonicCore
Future development of the PowerCore platform has been ceased As part of a larger strategic review, we have decided to cease further development of the PowerCore product range, including hardware units as well as software for the PowerCore platform. With the most recent release of software version 4...

Re: STS memory limit in SFP 5.1 w/x64 Windows?
the memory meter is still buggy but will be fixed with the next release. it should be possible to load much more samples than on x32. I'm running a 1.5 GB sample lib at the moment ;) sample editor and real time sampling are not working in the current RC. Are using Xite-1 or PCI? I get BOSD on PCI a...

Re: SFP vs XTC
Someone here said that SC said something about XTC and SFP being possible at the same time. I can't recall name.garyb wrote:good.
i'm all for anything that strengthens the platform, xtc mode with full sfp functionality would certainly be the best solution, if it's possible.

Re: SCOPE 5.1
Im back guys! I was banned from KVR from complaining about the quality of the free plug ins. How am I suppose to make a video of " Hands Faster Than The Human Eye " in 64bit if I have to pay for the driver....? Don't worry Mr. A. He can't even produce a Project Window screenshot of Scope....

Re: PHASE
Spacef want to say that sometimes these tiny so called errors are desired as an artistic effect(not just phase there is dozen off that, clip, crosstalk), sometimes not. The choice is up to you - producer. Which is absolutely right point of view (i support it). Artist need to make an art. That's all ...

Re: S|C new Website, Release of SCOPE XITE-1 D and v5.1
To be honest I would use Kontakt......the STS samplers are archaic and ok only for a muck around once and a while...I'm quite tempted by that Independence Pro 3 deal with 70 GB samples for around 80 quid............ BTW Where is the f---g Mod IV manual??? :P  STS is paid and advertised a...

Re: S|C new Website, Release of SCOPE XITE-1 D and v5.1
Frankly, except the reverbs that i use a lot in vst format ('lexicon and Guitar Rig's Reflektor's convolution mainly, as well as a few other sometimes) , I haven't found anything that i like in all the plugs you mention :-) matter of taste or habit, or budget also. I am pretty sure the A100 P100 th...

Re: S|C new Website, Release of SCOPE XITE-1 D and v5.1
it might be true that computers nowadays allow to run a great deal of stuff compared to... even a couple of years ago. But when i load a vinco, or a simple delay, then I regret not to be able to budget a xite and have to remain on old scope. Delays, compressors , eqs... it's mainly about quality no...

Re: S|C new Website, Release of SCOPE XITE-1 D and v5.1
 You have to be joking right (not about xite-1 being awesome we all know it is awesome).. So basically you are trying to say something like "buy in and then we'll fix your bugs and provide you with 64 bit - very soon"...It really does not get that way. Really really not. I reported s...

Re: S|C new Website, Release of SCOPE XITE-1 D and v5.1
I think some of you old Eagles are overreacting a bit. People are very disappointed because they waited for some kind of affordable solution but instead of that they get kinda greedy offer. They are not disappointed because they are not getting something for free but on the other side SC is charging...
