Re: Scope SDK class 1 & 2 (new)
SDK class 1 is so far very enlightening, didn't realize I had so much power at my fingertips, the amount of information and capabilities is staggering however fra's explanations are very to the point and helpful. Added bonus is that I FINALLY understand BC Modular now :P It helps to brush up on bool...

Re: Which polysynth for a demo?
Modular. Is there really any other synth? Don't forget to load it with the cwmod, bcmod, flexor, suraudio, and of course mod4 modules and watch them gaze at the 500+ modules which in hw form would cost well over their entire collections.

Re: Scope SDK class 1
Do be clear, i work my own version of a sample oscillator for the x64 systems. No relation with the standard modules. Even better!! :) About daw experience, I'm not a big cubase/logic/live user however I'm pretty handy with my SQ10, is that sufficient? :) I'm not really interested in XTC or any VST...

Re: Scope SDK class 1
Yes of course they work fine in my old pulsar rig using 5.0. I'm talking about Xite!! But if you are indeed working on them (sample pools and sequencers that is) know that I can show appreciation with my WALLET as I'm tired workarounds and x64 quirks and time is MONEY! :) In any case if you could pr...

Re: Scope SDK class 1
Will we be able to fix the sample modules in modular? If so count me in!! (I have yet to test your mod shells which fix the seq modules but if it's the case, I'll donate regardless if I take the class)

Re: OK Guys, another sale...
Can anyone tell me if the spacef lbh sequencer works on xite? I'm asking because it might share some of the sequencer code as modular which doesn't work..

Re: OK Guys, another sale...
Before I jump the gun on a couple of these bundles, are there any I should be made aware of that run less powerful on Xite than on PCI cards? I still have my old PCI rig so I need to choose what serial number I will communicate when purchasing (in retrospect I probably would have chosen the PCI seri...

Really sad to see you leave us! I'm still halfway translating the LoP lessons in ModIV patches, your work and contributions have been an inspiration.
I'm only hoping your leaving our community to buy yourself a real serge modular rig and take polaroids of your patches

Re: Running SCOPE on a Microsoft Surface Pro
Obviously as gary pointed out, I didn't think it through much (I assumed there was some kind of PCI adapter like you find on labtops).. But seeing as tablets and pads are becoming ubiquitous, I was wondering if any thought was made to have SCOPE run using some kind of touchable interface like jksupe...

Running SCOPE on a Microsoft Surface Pro
Hey everyone, I just watched a video of some guy running a G2 editor on the surface pro. I was wondering if anyone tried to install an Xite on one of these tablets and perhaps it would be cool to try to get a Mod4 shell running for a more mouse free patching environment. On a side note does anybody ...

Weird bug using Midi monitor
I'm getting a weird bug when hitting clear on the midi monitor, and I'm also using the SCOPE midi keyboard which is causing stuck notes on some external hardware. Any ideas?

Damn talk about staying civil :) Jhulk I think your efforts are commendable, I hope to one day enjoy your ultimate SCOPE modular rompler with every wavetable, pcm sample, single cycle wave you've been collecting for an ultimate 90s new age mindtrip :) Just out of curiosity, what is the investment an...
Re: Modules Pack SAL
In addition, it´s not only me,- there are more users and potential buyers out there who´d like it simpler. Not all users want to learn reading cryptic DSP meters, you know,- they want selecting a device from the SCOPE pulldown menue, throw it into a project, drag the cables and see it working inste...

Re: Open Scope Vaporware?
Companies don't release their source code. That is insane. Open Scope is not opensource. It is opened for improved GUI design so the developers can program freely, the gui of their programs. Do you suppose adobe, autodesk, microsoft to provide their sources. Open source is for the univercities, for...
Re: Modules Pack SAL
This is great stuff!! Is there a method or technique besides what you describe for DSP assignment and running SCOPE @ 96Khz? I'm having trouble getting the latter to work properly, and there are many bits and pieces around the forum but it's hard to bring some order from the chaos

Re: Is Xite right for me?
I don't want to get into the debate as it's clear it's gotten personal but stardust does have a point, and I think he articulated it very kindly given the current state of affairs. I don't post much on the forum as music is my hobby (and passion) and not my full time job, so I really don't have time...

Re: sir audio lab seems to have gone.
I was never a big fan of their NordLead/Virus SCOPE emulations, but I must admit it's disconcerting to see another developer jump off the boat. It would be nice however (probably not legal though) for S|C to continue to sell the plugins as discontinued/no longer supported/legacy products rather than...
