Re: Z-Link w/ Strymon Pedals

Well I ordered one of the KMA Horizont Phasers on Reverb Haha, it was such an impulse buy. Love the sound and all the different settings but what really sold me was the external loop. That is going to work very well with my patchbay setup. With a Scope external effects module I can route any other e...

Re: Z-Link w/ Strymon Pedals

Ok, I will try it out. Never thought I really had a need since I don't play live but hey it can't hurt right?

I was wondering if you had ever seen this pedal:

Does Mobius pretty much cover this?

Re: Jesus returns!!!

The guys a monster, did you hear them do Chick Coreas Spain? The guys so good nobody notices the Monster on Bass. Everybody’s always eeewwwing and aahhing Jordan Rudess who’s no slouch but he never really jams, he just does licks or technically challenging songs like Tarkus. This guy thinks so far ...

Re: Z-Link w/ Strymon Pedals

Well after careful consideration....nah truth is I just couldn't let it go dang it. I managed to pull out my A16U just enough to get a mirror behind it and flicked the switches with my finger nails. I left the inputs coming from the effects boxes in the pro level position? Hope that is correct? Twas...

Jesus returns!!!

....in the form of a jazz pianist with lightning fast fingers at NAMM 2019 :D

as Robin would say.....Holy fast fingers Batman!

I like Nord's strategy. Gather a crowd with a bunch of phenomenal musicians playing on your gear to secure your dominance.

Is selecting not to open One Drive on startup in the settings the same as disabling it in the registry?

Re: Z-Link w/ Strymon Pedals

ok,just curious, i would have thought that the Timeline had taken it's place since it seems more of a delay. I def like the sounds of all 4 of those pedals and i'm really trying not to get too interested because they are pretty expensive and my stompbox experiment with the A16/patchbay/stompbox loop...

Re: dNa-EffectRack v3 version available!!!

Yeah I love Ray's Racks. I wish someone with intimate knowledge of the reverb that it models would share some presets. I've accidently landed a few useful ones but it seems to me that device should be able to sound just as good if not better than any stompbox or vst reverb.

Re: What AD/DA converter box for the Xite-1

I picked up a used A16U a few years back and the Z-link into the Xite-1 is awesome esp since you can use the ADAT and every other I/O on the Xite simultaneously.
It really is too bad Ferrofish doesn't offer a Z-link option because I would definitely drop the cash for a new unit.

Re: Back in the Groove

Well on Xite, 64 bit they are unstable. (can't remember if this was true on PCI side) The only way I could really use them was to save the patch without them and then load them manually each time I loaded the patch. There were several versions of the module being passed around but I don't think any ...

Can't one of the optical ports on the Scope card be switched to SPDIF on the sample rate settings window?

Re: MIDI Clock not working? (Cubase 10 and Scope 7)

Well Scope 7 does receive clock info. Checked on Mattomat and works perfectly. When I tried on SC Autogate it actually does sync the beat but the display does not show the tempo correctly. Changed tempo manually real time on DAW (Reaper) and the tempo changed with it. If you are using a midi filter ...
