Re: Z-Link w/ Strymon Pedals

dawman, i just wanted to let you know that I've got a Big Sky and Timeline on the way here. I tried not to be a copycat but after searching through endless amounts of demos on You Tube, the Strymon has a noticable advantage. So if you could kindly stop introducing me to way cool high pricey devices ...

Love it! Cinematography was great too!

Were the vocals sent thru the Echo 4 as well?

Re: Tape delay 64 bits

I'm with JoPo; After having played with them again recently, I really do miss them. A new version would be welcome too with new features such as bpm sync and such but well i'm not holding my breath on that. I'm pretty sure I saved all of the files that were circulating. Who knows, maybe one will wor...

Re: Welcome To The ScopeRise Pleasure Dome - New Look ScopeRise

Glad you found a new home for the site. I'm very appreciative of your time and effort for all of the useful info you have provided.
Thanks Valis for jumping right in and saving the day once again. What great people we have here in Scope Land.

Re: Fun with delays

Well I will certainly try that out next week. I'm also going to be diving into the SpaceF Echo4 as well.

Re: Z-Link w/ Strymon Pedals

Well the Horizont is a pretty cool box I have to say. Played with it all last week. Instrument level input only but I've got my A16U all set for that and it works great. The ext loop fx thing unfortunately isn't going to work out because when the cables are plugged in it interferes with the output i...

Re: Fun with delays

:) Thanks guys @dawman Thanks for the tips. I've got an exp pedal going into my Rev2 and a FCB for the midi into Scope. My feet are just plain spastic so I am very thankful for the SpaceF CC devices for smoothness. "You could go lo-fi by pulling down lows and highs leaving only mids using his CC # d...

Re: Tape delay 64 bits

So to follow up on my previous post. Had the Mod IV Tape Delays up on my PCI computer and my Xite-1 computer. On the Xite Win 7 64 bit: definite stability issues. When it worked it worked fine but saving a patch made from scratch and then reloading it was when the problems occurred. Seems to be when...

Re: Tape delay 64 bits

Hi there, Just to be clear, are you all talking about the version for XITE-1 and/or the cards? Robert Currently retesting on my Scope 7 PCI Win 10 32bit computer. Started with a very simple patch I had made years ago with 2 tape delays and 2 LFO's. The patch opened but when I connected it, LED mete...

Fun with delays

Just a quick vid of the Ambient delay. Also use of dNa Effects Rack
Turn your sound down before you play, i'm a newbie to video production and i'm not sure the levels were set right.

Re: Tape delay 64 bits

Yeah that is the one. Nope, no modular version that i'm aware of but perhaps Ray has something in the works. Not sure what you modulate and how much but for me I used the modular tape delays with a little bit of pitch drift. Optimus works well for that and also SF Ambient/Echo4i and can be located i...

Re: Tape delay 64 bits

Jopo; I tried every version that was floating around and I never found any that were stable on 64bit. Perhaps others have been successful but the best that I could do was to save the modular patch without the tape delay and then load them up manually each time I opened the patch. Otherwise you risk ...

Re: Y splitter

Not at the same time? This sounds more like a switch is needed, which would avoid most issues. Also, if you have a patchbay, you can simply use this! Both outputs patched to appropriate outputs, the input that you're trying to split attached to an input, and the 'switch' is the patch cable moving t...

Re: Y splitter

Well actually i'm sort of merging 2 signal paths to one but not to be used at the same time, just for convenience. One from effects send from the mixer the other from a DAC into my patchbay.
Hmm I will have to read up on impedance, that may possibly be an issue.

Y splitter

Does a 1/4" Y splitter cable degrade the quality of the signal if only one side is used at a time? (2 inputs to 1 output)

Re: Z-Link w/ Strymon Pedals

Well I ordered one of the KMA Horizont Phasers on Reverb Haha, it was such an impulse buy. Love the sound and all the different settings but what really sold me was the external loop. That is going to work very well with my patchbay setup. With a Scope external effects module I can route any other e...

Ok, I will try it out. Never thought I really had a need since I don't play live but hey it can't hurt right?

I was wondering if you had ever seen this pedal:

Does Mobius pretty much cover this?
