Win 8 64bit, XTC - Mode, Cubase ----- Tutorial + STS 5000
To install and work with Scope on Win8 64bit you have to run Windows in testmode : (The only reason why Scope doesn't run under Win 8 is because the drivers are not signed for Win 8. FU Sonic-Core!!!) 1. run execute as administrator -> cmd.exe -> bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON -> restart. Now insta...

Re: STM 4896 in XTC-Mode WORKS!
Only one example:
Imagine you can give your two singers, though in XTC Mode, a different reverb amount or eq settings with no latency, and change record revels.
You coudn't do that in the normal XTC-Mode
Cheers Dorte

SC-Room-5.1 Surround-Reverb in Cubase, TIP!!
If you want to use SC-Room-5.1 Surround-Reverb in Cubase in XTC-Mode as a send-effect, here is a working environment: Create a new Bus in VST-Outputs: IMPORTANT!: Take the 6.0 Cine preset Load SC-Room-5.1 as an insert to that bus. Best turn the DRY-knob to cero, cause we want to use it as a send-eff...

Re: Scope doesnt work on XTC...Help
Hallo
I just got the same problem.
For a couple of days, XTC is no longer working
Didn't change anything.
Sfp mode works, cubase works, but it doesn't start the XTC-App.
Something with the new Cubase-version, which allows driverchange while running?

Re: Vinco Comp in XTC ????
Hallo I remember to have had the same problem. My solution: I changed all paths in the SCOPEVST.CFG to the original devices folders and deleted the XTC-Devices folder. It is not necessary, it only doubles the devices; the Scope-Installer makes many mistakes concerning the XTC-Device placement. I did...

Re: VST3 Sound Presets from Scope Devices for Cubase4
Here we are
again
So now I made them for the Vectron too.
In the new zip-file there are both, Vectron and B-2003 Presets.
Weared: Unzipped this is 47 Mb, zipped 1,47 Mb
I hope it works!

Re: VST3 Sound Presets from Scope Devices for Cubase4
Hallo again So i've done the first step. Here are the VST3-presets for the B-2003 Find out where they are stored in your system via the MediaBay and copy them to that direction. To find the right place you can make one preset in the plugin and copy the rest into that new folder. Have fun Creamware.z...

VST3 Sound Presets from Scope Devices for Cubase4
Hi Are you interested in presets from Scope-Devices for your VST3 Sound Library? You can then easily walk through the presets in the Sound-Browser in Cubase 4 like for any other VST-Instrument. I tried it and it works fine. All we have to do is to save each preset as a vst preset, I know an annoying...

Making Modular-Devices in XTC-Mode!
There are 2 ways to develop Modular-Devices while running in XTC-Mode: 1. As an XTC instrument in Cubase: Do the dll-trick and make a VST-dll of an empty or an existing Modular-Device. (The bigger the device-window is saved in SFP-Mode, the more space you will have to create the new instrument in Cu...

Using STM Mixers in XTC-Mode
Yes it's possible to use every STM-Mixer in XTC-Mode by a simple trick: 1. Make a copy of your STM ....dev in your devices-folder and rename it to STM ....-XTC. mdl 2. Load this new ...mdl into your XTCProject.pro. 3. The Mixer-Window has to be open when saving the project. You better save it with t...

STM 4896 in XTC-Mode WORKS!
Perhaps someone found it out before, but for me it was the first time getting it to work. I tried with the other mixer-models too, but with 4896 it worked the best. 1. Make a copy of your STM 4896.dev in your devices-folder and rename it to STM 4896-XTC.mdl 2. Load this new ...mdl into your XTCProje...
