Re: Scope 7 Bug List

It was a hyphen in the space. Same thing happens with or without the hyphen. This exception fault is a new problem. Yes, a new windows installation is coming. Thanks for the feedback JoPo.

Re: Scope 7 Bug List

Same test using the midi folder properly(?) results in exception fault. Maybe the .pre file is corrupt? The device file? Don't know.

Re: Scope 7 Bug List

Sorry I hit post by accident. Yes, I understand that and mentioned it in the post but kept the video to show that faders and mutes are not even close to where they should have been. Thanks for your reply JoPo.

Re: Scope 7 Bug List

!! But you created a STM preset for all STM settings/inserts !! You must create the midi cc assignment preset IN the MIDI controller folder of the presets window !! Otherwise, for sure, it doesn't recall midi cc's ! Have a try ! And you'll see : if you create a new preset file, Scope ass the MIDI c...

Re: Scope 7 Bug List

STM midi cc assignment is not correctly saved with the project file but it works fine by saving STM cc's in STM presets. There is, sometimes, werd behavior, like a random fader falling to - ∞ ! But by double clic on it, it goes back where it should and resave the preset fixes the issue for the next...

Re: Scope 7 Bug List

Okay, so there is no regard from SC for anything that turns up on a public board about SC products? Sure, that makes sense. Whatever. I so don't care if this mixer cc thing is ever fixed. It would screw up my workflow if it worked as expected. I still can't wait to get 7. I know how hard you both wo...

Re: Midi CC presets bugged? - yes, confirmed!

With my B control, 2448 mixer faders and mutes will recall from a preset. Aux on/off and aux rotary fader will never store or recall properly... very erratic or not at all. I take notes (notepad dev) and spend 15-20 minutes re-assigning aux settings before sessions OR I just print the aux changes fr...

Re: some things are happening

Thanks for the info btw. Hope you investigation goes well. this is the biggest emphasis of v7 - it is now a platform that scope can again grow on and is going in the right direction. so issues old and new can now be looked at and hopefully addressed in a cleaner manner. Roger that. This info should...

It's well documented on here so can't see why it wouldn't be included... been a thorn in my side for years now.

Re: SpaceF 2018 - Modular Mixer v 2 is now available

HI

Can anyone tell me if these mixers SAVE midi cc assigns properly (unlike SC mixers) when a project is closed and re opened?

Thanks

Re: a couple of studio photos

Nice! Yes, wall coverings are over rated. Beaver board rules! Is it sealed with something? The glue in that stuff will off-gas for a long time and can be bad for you... at the same time 99% of new houses are full of it in the furniture, and the walls.

Re: Creating a radio online

I did weekly broadcasts for an art gallery performance for 2 months using shoutcast https://www.shoutcast.com/BroadcastNow It was easy, reliable and free. We sent a live performance in the studio into the gallery sound system located in another part of town. I sent a heavily compressed stereo signal...

Re: Hammond X5

the buyer wants to demo it and/or finds out its incomplete (like you) the sale has fallen thru and he is well over it taking up time and space. Definitely a canibalisation/reno job I'd say. Hows life in Canada these days ? Any other new goodies in the studio ? If I could have just brought my amp an...

The owner didn't seem keen on me testing it at his place either..."you can sort it out at your place".

Re: Hammond X5

Yes thanks Dante. I guess there is a line level out on the kybrd unit, but the amp is located in the pedal and that's part of the tone. No volume control is another minus. A good project for someone, just not me.
