Answering my own post, for the records:

Just dared the upgrade to 10.6 on my Mac Pro because on the MacBook it seemed that the NRS also works with 10.6.

A short test showed no problems, NRS still works with 10.6, just make sure you also install Rosetta, the PPC emulation.

My 128MB is recognized correctly by the Noah, but i think i'm currently not using it at all. Just take the smalles one you find. With 8MB internal flash you can install all plugins which exist for the Noah, and the sound data is a lot smaller than the plugin binaries, so a 16MB CF card will be enoug...
