Re: WTB: PII card with Scope 4.5 keys Mix / Master
I came back here after a lot of years, too. My primary motivation was to sell my old scope stuff (well, most of) since it is getting difficult to find hardware to support more than one PCI card at a time, unlike back then. I'm kinda sure that we'll find something for you. Only I have to fetch them f...

(New Old Stock) = typically refers to electronic components that are no longer in production, often for decades, but every now and then a box in a warehouse is discovered, and is sold as "new" old stock. Just like scope devices :) my first creamware board ever was in fact a pulsar xtc NOS...

Dear planetz fellows, I've kinda collected too many of them Scope cards over the years. Now it's time to part with them. Or most of them. Can't just fit them into my computer anymore. Some are pre-owned by other planetz members, especially the big boards (sorry katano ;) ) Almost any combination of ...

Re: 3+ Monitors
well, if can live with analog outs you can use a single Matrox P690 Plus and upgrade it with a special cable whip to 4 analog outs (2 DVI normally). you can as well buy 2 of them and make them a team (and use the dvi whip. if you have a single PEG slot only you can get this as PCI card as well, and ...

You won't need it (the XITE-AnyNumber, that is) because every musical creation will be composed and rendered by The Cloud. Everything is a virtual studio, apart from the fact that you don't need a studio anymore...

FREE DRIVER UPDATES SHOULD BE OFFERED FOR ALL CURRENT CARDS. Re: pci sxpansion
I had a hard time to get the right screws that fit into the small drilled holes on the pcb and mount to matching spacers (actually, the inner thread of the spacers was a problem). only this week I found what I needed, having that board combination lying around for months (apart from the fact that I ...

Re: SCOPE 5.1
Actually considering the cost of Scope 5.1, maybe I should wait to see if they release a new internal board. This would have been a good time for them to do it. I noticed that the new reverbs require a lot of DSP chips. I'm sure you are the true reason for the delay of scope 5.1. they just work too...

Re: New XITE-1 review available in (german) Recording Magazin
hi john, I got a glimpse of the review when I was over at Sonic Core's offices last week. The review seems quite thorough, and really great in the diagrams and screen shots they show of their test results. (It's long as well, with 5-6 pages of info!) It's too bad there's no English translation of it...

Re: Neo Instruments Ventilator - based on Scope?
Did anybody read the fine print on their site?
The man behind neo is one of the guys who created the Virus. THE Virus. He left Access Music some years ago to work on his own ideas. Well, that's quite a start, innit?
