There's a tricky problem when you control the faders of the STM Mixers: at some point you want to move to a higher resolution than 7bits. Therefor you might start turning the knob called 'modulation range'... BUT: unfortunately by doing so the behaviour of respondence is not easily predictable. This...

a was away from dsp-thingy a while, but i remember the dspguru site.
i'll have to ask my university to go buy one of these boards then. hopefully i find one with prebuilt adat-io, otherwise we'll have to develop these too on our own.
