Re: Old devices & downloads - do you have them?

Too much typing to find yet another device not as good as our developers or stock modules.

But I would appreciate a giant well organized bunch of folders with tags for browsing, etc.

Re: MIDI Filter Router v3

Actually I was trying to find out what channel your device accepted prgm chng messages on so I could recall presets. But actually I’ve already programmed your device by saving the configurations I need, 3 of them, and the PRJ Preset List device changes everything by taking snapshots of th entire pro...

Re: MIDI Filter Router v3

Is there a particular channel that accepts prgm chng messages for your device or do you recall presets manually. Love this device and I use it with Scopes MIDI Monitors for when I wish to view the data in multiples. one scene change from my K4 sends out numerous messages so I need to see more. And t...

Re: Fun with delays

Yeah, the instrument gives the tone, but if SpaceF has inserts use a Black Box Filter or really get big with Faxinadu’s Filter.

This really does work.
At least for me with ASIO.
2 months full tilt boogie of 30 to 40 hours a week.

Re: Validator control

Which 2 Controls?
2 separate MIDI Monitors would work but there are devices that send multiple CC#'s using the same number, if you're using one of those I need to know which one, if you're in modular post in the Modular thread. Lots of geeks know some tangs.

Re: Fun with delays

Definitely rich. Add modulation through the ModWheel or an Expression Pedal. I often use an Expression Pedal to add Detune to the synth and modulation to the effect simultaneously. It would make the Prophet even fatter. Ambient Delay sounds great. SpaceF Delays are so diverse. Even the older AUX Del...

Re: 55” TV Doubling As PC Monitor.

I’ve got a Smart TV and all the channels. Dual HDMI Inputs, USB too. Don’t want to play video games until I can get a reasonably priced 144hz TV. There’s a 49” for 2 grand, but I don’t spread that kind of green around unless it’s a synth. I think I’ll try the Xeon GFX first and if it’s okay I’ll con...

55” TV Doubling As PC Monitor.

I’m wondering if this is feasible with one of my many spare PCs collecting dust. I want to play with my PC from 20 feet away using wireless gadgets. I’m not tripping about pixels or Feng Shui just wondering what I would need. I have an ASUS P10Sm WS w/ XEON 1275 that has built in GFX. I’m assuming I...

I was experiencing the same bug only after trying to use 2 so I could have different delay times for left/right.

Re: any downsides of short latency ?

6 Msec. is the time it takes the sound of your drummers cymbal to reach your ear. I’ve been using 6 msec. / 256 samples / 44.1k forever. No advantaged for less msec. No advantages for smaller audio buffer, no need for higher resolution unless it’s for specific recording reason, or compatibility for ...

Very Good Analysis of DAWs

A guy Ive corresponded with from Tucson, AZ. for a long time made a really good video on audio buffers, peripherals, etc.
He uses large Orchestral Instruments and the most demanding applications, so he’s pretty use to requirements and deadlines, etc.

Re: Windows 10 - what do I need to look out for?

Did I tell you Newegg sold me a Z97m WS but sent 2 of them? I told them to send me a paid shipping sticker and I’ll drop it off at UPS. They apologized for waiting until Mid Janurary to get back to me then told me they couldn’t accept it because it was an eBay sale? I’m like wtf do you want me to do...
