Sorry, but I've that bad habit of using pcs for work, or repairing them for family, friends, co-workers, passersby... and developing software.

I simply should get high, make music with SC cards on Windows XP and say it's all good! ;)

Re: Mac advantages?

Sorry to disagree, but I don't feel any of the previous comments to be honest. I'm a programmer and I own pcs and macs. IMO There's a real advantage which was understated that is truly not having to deal with Windows. Windows is a total big mess in a way that is unbelievable until you know ho...

Re: XITE-1 No.3 at Thomann Sales Ranking

VAT is probably different between GB and IT :) yes, you're right, but also taking into account VAT difference (15% GB declared at bottom of the page, 20% IT), the price is different! prices without VAT would be: 2338 (GB) 2415 (IT) :-? also the text about saving says different percentages: GB: You ...

Re: scope 5 crashes when virtual drive is created

It isn't DT's fault (nor Nero), it is Scope that crashes whenever a new CD-ROM device is created, probably because of the akai file system support (very old *BUG*).

Re: who needs all v4 software of scope pro plus spl plugs?

Hi, Plugin transfer costs 55€ at Sonic Core for a bundle, 30 € for a single plug. As we all have the V4 software and relative plugs, the only interest of your offer is for third party plugs. Could you send us a list of the plugs you think of ? :D Regards, Skoomy Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but p...

Re: Anyone tested XITE in XTC Mode?

Also, you have to close the host before loading another setup in scope. this can take some time when switching between projects. To simplify the project change thing, sfp should recognize if the driver remains the same and NOT UNLOAD THE AUDIO DRIVER if not necessary, alternatively a dialog might a...

p.s.: modern Gecko browsers (FF3, Seamonkey 2.0..) don't support anymore the IE "standard", but old Mozillas and Seamonkey 1.x still do.

The icon is there only for IE, look at http://www.planetz.com/favicon.ico
Unfortunately that's the IE old way of integrating it in the site... according to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon#Standardization

Re: Scope FREEZES casually!!!

I have an "old" intel board (D945PVS) which performance is "acceptable".. I've had similar problems that I solved using that driver and moving the cards by slot until I had one without irq shared, then I set that one to be the main one in cset.ini file. I don't know about asus, o...

Re: Scope FREEZES casually!!!

1) try the 3.1a/b driver, it seems to work better with dual core cpus (I suppose on the old mobo you disabled hyperthreading, did you?)
2) sharing irq is often problematic, you should avoid it, consider to change mobo
