Re: DAS reverb family is growing up : here comes DAS GRIESVERB

In fact, is is an advice from Sonic Core not to put the midi functions in the "basic" plugz as they can be midified later (as you wrote ...) Sonic Core's advice makes me mad!! Let me make myself clear - my query is based on recording midi controller data to a sequencer to control d...

Re: DAS reverb family is growing up : here comes DAS GRIESVERB

Thanks Olive!! :) It is very kind of you to supply the DAS Griesverb with the the already fabulous Reverb bundle. One request:- a great feature of the DAS Griesverb is the feedback you can get when using the various sliders - bringing up the sliders to increase the feedback and then bringing them ba...

Re: Wavelenght free stuff

I have a list of synths that have issues, there are only a couple. Avalon Euro vers. 1.5.............crashes Scope when removed from project. Juicer & Juicer WT no preset capability........Too bad as they are quite cool. Transformer has no audio or presets......... :D I am using Scope version 4...

Re: Wavelenght free stuff

i don't see drumVOX in that link - i lost mine somewhere along the way - any chance of someone uploading it? When i download stardust's file it unpacks an empty folder. Stardust's link http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=9976d229d608de3fd2db6fb9a8902bda includes drumVOX but ElectonicaDub's http://me...

Re: Do any of you make a backup of your hard drive?

Thanks for all your help :) I have now tried about 5 different cloning tools and all have failed whilst cloning from my old internal hard drive to a new internal hard drive, coming back with various errors that were mostly impossible for me to understand. Basically, I think it boils down to me havin...

Re: Do any of you make a backup of your hard drive?

Tried Acronis true image demo. Tried Clone mode. Took 5 days to reach 40% progress cloning my 120GB drive. So gave up. Tried the backup method. Backing up was OK but restore seemed to be going at the same pace as the clone mode, so gave up after about an hour of restoring (with 1% progress!). Clonin...

COS and VOID - any tips or presets to share?

I bought COS and VOID a few months ago and, to be honest, I am rather dissapointed with them both at the moment. I did try programming some sounds once I had read the manuals and came up with a few half decentish ones for VOID but not really anything that I feel couldn't create with a basic VST plug...

Loading Rotor 48 RD "Find Sine Osc RD.mdl" window reappears

OK Here's a wierd one. I load up Rotor 48 RD device. "Find Sine Osc RD.mdl" window then appears with the option to select one of two "Sine Osc RD.mdl" files that I have in my Scope directory. Both of these files are identical. Regardless of which one of these two files I then sel...

Re: Classic Filter Delay - updated nov-10-2007

I looooooooooooove this device. :) But it is crying out for a midi input so that I can record filter and feedback sweeps plus automate the mix controls. It seems such a waste to have such a fantastic device and not be able to do this. I know you can insert the Classic Filter Delay into a mixer inser...

Devices without midi inputs - midi ctrl assignment not saved

Not all Scope devices have midi inputs and some of these (Classic Filter Delay and Harmonic Chorus are two examples) I would really love to be able to assign controllers to, record the controller messages in my sequencer then be able to save and load up the Scope project with all the midi controller...

DOH!! :o Cheers for that markus. I was thinking if I had a PC with Xite-1 connected via PCI-E I would still need a soundcard in that PC to route audio from the PC to the Xite-1! And I thought all the Xite-1 would be doing via the PCI-E connection would be transmitting/receiving data to control and v...

Wouldn't the PCI-E buss just be used as a way of controlling the Xite-1 from your computer and storing Xite-1 settings on your computer? So the Xite-1 wouldn't rely on PCI-e bandwidth at all to processes audio. Just realised I might have duplicated your question on a new topic I just started on this...

Really would like SPDIF in/out for connection of my HHb CDR-800 CD recorder. I connect the CDR-800 SPDIF out into one of the Sonic Core cards so that I can quickly and easily compare my mixes with CDs (the cards slave to the CDR-800) and then, when I do eventually get round to actually finishing som...
