Paramerter Context - Sharing Presetlists

Hi there, I am doing my head in trying to get channels to share a Presetlist. I parametrized the first channel before copying it 3 times (eventually 16 channels). I see in each channel module that they have been assigned a unique 'parameter context' number. Its what to do next that has me stumped. D...

MidiVu

Hi There,
Here is a simple midi monitoring devices that allows filtering out of any or all incoming midi channels, Control Changes and Program Changes.
It has 4 views depending on what midi information you want to monitor and/or filter.
Hope you find it useful.

Save early. Save often. Save multiple versions.
Wise words
I keep promising to do that, but you get lost in the moment and bang!

Re: Scope 7 SDK suddenly crashing

For the record, I figured out that it was something in my device design that was causing the crashes.
Can't load it to find out what and I now have to go back to an earlier iteration and rebuild.
Anyway I found when you redesign something it often improves it.
SDK all is forgiven.

Scope 7 SDK suddenly crashing

Hi There, Suddenly SDK decided it would not load (crashing during load). It appears to be a memory violation - see the attached screenshot. Scope 7 runs without issues. No new apps have been installed or updated afaik between the time it was working and when it started to crash. I guess windows (win...

Excellent ! Thanks a lot !!

Just one thing... In the display 1 & 2 windows, the small/large display change only the size of numbers frame, not the entire window which remains the same.
Yes I noticed that from JV's screenshot.
I will check that, although it seems to work ok for me

Hi,
sorry for my slightly offtopic question.
Is it possible to show the BPM of the midiclock with this tool ? Is this tool in combination with an other ?
Sorry its not possible at present but I think that is doable
I will have a look

Midi Filter Router v4

Hi There, I have (again) updated the Midi FilRout to v4. This time I have added two display panels to directly monitor midi data coming in and/or going out. The panels display small or large (I hope large is large enough??). When Midi Out ports are displayed they indicate if: 1 or more midi Channels...

Re: MIDI Filter Router v3

Is there a particular channel that accepts prgm chng messages for your device or do you recall presets manually. Hey JV, If I understand you correctly, you could set one or more output channel to send only program changes to one or more devices. Various combinations could be saved as presets so qui...

MIDI Filter Router v3

Hi There, I have updated the Midi FilRout to include visuals (3 rows of Leds) of any filtering applied to each of the 8 Midi outs. I did this because I kept tripping myself up by forgetting that I had applied filtering to one or more of the outs and wondered why things would not work as expected whe...

iMonitor v3.0

Hi There, I have updated my stereo mix monitoring plug. Its meant for quick checking of your mix (as it progresses) by switching between Stereo, St Reverse, Mono and Mid Side monitoring perspectives. It now also has 4 outputs allowing quick switching of speakers, headphones, recording outs, etc. Eac...

Synthedit Demo Crashes SCOPE

HI There,
I am evaluating SynthEdit 64bit.
It works fine outputting to a 24Bit Wave source in Scope, but crashes when I switch to asio.
Has anyone got the 64Bit version to work with Scope ASIO?

Re: One VU 16Ch Mixer

The 2 inserts located above the AUX faders? I guess i'm a little confused as to their purpose. The mixer resisted being assigned to any other DSP when I tried, I will test some more to be sure. Ahh yes, each auxiliary return has two inserts. Only the 2 inserts for the current selected Aux Channel a...

StemmiX V2

HI There, For those who could not load my One VU mixer, I have added the midi channel tracking system to the StemmiX mixer I released some time back. This loads on my Pulsar 2 PCI card, although there is precious little DSP left for anything else. You will note I have also built a (crude) VCA system...

Re: One VU 16Ch Mixer

Really nice mixer Maus! Everything all in one place and auto channel switching is very handy. It looks like it is spread btwn DSP 12 and 16. The only thing I can't figure out is how to apply the 2 internal AUX inserts. Thanks for sharing your hard work on this. Dan Hi Dan, I am not exactly sure wha...

Re: One VU 16Ch Mixer

This looks great! I know you had looked or asked about having a section of mixer controls statically midi-mapped but dynamically controlling selectable mixer channels...did you succeed here? (I'll test later, but thought I'd ask about the design's intent) Hi JK, Yes the midi selectivity works. It t...

Re: One VU 16Ch Mixer

Hi Maus, Mixer looks terrific! Unfortunately Scope crashes when I try to load it in Scope 5.1, so it's really just for Xite people I'm afraid. I'm really sorry about that. I struggled to optimize the whole thing, which probably would have given it life in the PCI world. I intended to make 24 channe...

One VU 16Ch Mixer

Hi There, I have been working on this for quite some time. its a basic 16Ch mixer, with Channel tracking linked to Fader movement. I was looking to create a small foot print mixer that tracks what the user is doing with regards to fader adjustments. It might be useful in a live situation where you t...

Re: MIDI router tool

A neat device
Should be very useful when testing SDK devices during design.
I see you can open more than one at a time. Should be able then to bring in midi from a keyboard and a controller at the same time by using a midi merger in scope?
thanks heaps
