Re: XITE driver issue

the XITE was powered and connected before the computer was started? sometimes simple things... right click the device manager entry choose "update driver". choose the driver from the list. if the v7 driver isn't in the list, then there is an application to install the driver in Scope\driver\win10. s...

Re: USB Controller setup?

a driver connects hardware to software, but it cannot connect hardware to hardware. both the usb interface and Scope have a driver. the drivers cannot talk to each other. you need software in between the two drivers, either a loopback program or a sequencer or other application that can receive midi...

Re: Dante Network configuration for Scope7

well, you can use 8 wave modules... the Dante app won't work with Scope ASIO? you could use Reaper w/ReaRoute or VoiceMeeter as a bridge, since they will accept the Scope ASIO driver and provide a virtual ASIO driver for your other apps, allowing you to route Scope and any other apps together, even ...

Re: The mastering process!

well, studio monitors will reproduce something like 110db of dynamic range, the difference between loud and soft sounds. live sound is something like 140db dynamic range and most systems for listening are about 90db dynamic range, at best. this scale is logarithmic which means that each step on the ...

Re: v7 drivers (64bit)

no 64bit recording into wave drivers yet. the next update should have that fixed. there's a really smart guy working on it presently, afaik. ASIO is perfectly fine, plus it's win10 compliant and it's signed. if you have clicks in Cubase that are not from an overly busy CPU, then it's likely to be a ...

Re: Scope 7 Bug List

be sure that in the device manager, the XITE entry has the "reset board when idle" box UNCHECKED in properties.(i think this is what Ronnie was alluding to)

also, in the advanced power settings, the PCI Express entry has "link state power management" turned OFF.

Re: Scope 7 Bug List

Under Win 10, when the PC goes in to sleep or hibernation mode: afetr wake-up scope has lost connection to the PCI-board. Can only be solved by reboot. that is not a bug, that is normal. Scope cannot sleep. once the computer goes to sleep, power is cut to the bus and the dsps lose their state. when...
