So what was counterparts question seeing as it's been removed ? I didn't raise a question; my post is as it still stands. I've since taken what little action I can to try to get this situation resolved. If things remains as they are, I'll have no other option other than to leave the forum. Royston

My 2p: I think that the shit-flinging should stop. All the threads in question should be completely removed from the board and we should draw a line under it all and start afresh. Any further accusations / insults / whatever should take place in the private domain between the people concerned and sh...

Honestly, I don't know, poking fun at guitarists...oh, go on then! :-D What do you say to a guitar player in a 3-piece suit ? "Will the defendant please rise ..." What's the difference between a fiddle and a violin ? Who cares - neither one's a guitar Did you hear about the guitarist who was in tune...

Just route your sends via ASIO to your host sequencer (e.g. Cubase), apply your fx and then route back into Scope (again, via ASIO) and mix. You can use a 'dedicated' fx channel or a normal ASIO channel, I don't think that it matters much. You'd have the fx on 100% wet and then just mix the effected...

That's ace, not smelly at all (or green) :-)

Needs a clean lead sound (melody), either vocals or geetar would work I reckon.

What did you use to get the guitar sound btw?

As long as you use another sound card, yes no problem.

If you wish to use the Scope card(s), then you'll have to set-up some basic routing which means you'll need to run the SFP software in order to achieve this.

Thanks for the link astroman, although I've got to find something else to buy as the MIDI controller is less than the $25 minimum order value :)

Counterparts what was the total for a scope version, curious?
It is $249

The P100 goes for a bargainous $99 and the A100 is also very reasonable at $129

Another thought; how much space do you have on the partition where the Windows swapfile lives?

Has anything changed recently with your system? (Hardware or Software)

I *think* that Sonic Timeworks do a Scope version of the 4080L but IIRC it is much more expensive than the VST/DX one. I sent ST an email yesterday about this and got a response back today. Apparently, the "Pulsar/Scope Pro Reverb " has exactly the same algorigthms as the 4080L, just a different lo...

Well, for reverb I use Anwida Soft's DX Reverb. I don't get on very well with the reverbs which come bundled with either Scope or Cubase ("Reverb 'A'" LOL! But wait...there's "Reverb 'B'" too! ROFL!) I do like the Sonic Timeworks ones, (in particular the 4080L) but out of all the 'verbs I've tried, ...
