Thanks for comment.
If I disable an usb controller, certain set of usb ports get disabled/non functional as well. Ports are tied to controllers. One controller handles 2 usb ports.

scope4live,

I see you are using DP965LT.
Could you please provide some info which PCI slots your scope cards are using?
Is there any chance getting their irq's unshared without disabling usb ports?

thanks

musurgio,

When comparing 2448, did you consider that the panning is not exactly at 0 by default? You have to double click each channels pan pots to reset them.
This could easily make bigger difference in phase when comparing to 1632.

ADA8000 works both master and slave, but if you prefer getting cleaner signal, master is recommended.
This is very good device. Currently I'm looking for info to replace the op amps inside.. It would be cool to make it even better.

They have both dos and windows version of the software. Dos version looks and feels a bit like northon ghost. You can make byte to byte exact copy of your hd. There is also very handy verify feature to make sure your image is 100% correct.

Conroe models from 6600 an up have 4MB cache, while 6300/6400 have 2MB.

6600 is aprox. 30% faster than my previous AMD64 3200, when utilizing only one core.

Sorry for off topic.

With 96k you get more sampling points, which affects ALL frequencies. We don't have to be dogs to benefit it. Benefits are more obvious when processing and mixing large number of signals.

Hi I sent you one . But I understand no problem if you want to look for other options. Anyway, I informed what I've got, and if you have use for my cards, let me know. I could use yours. We can discuss further then. Also it would help if you tell how much (money) value you consider for your sy...

I used SX 1.x till switched to samplitude. It's difficult to define quality differencies between the audio engines, but since started using samplitude, I have started to mix everything inside the software. With cubase this wasn't possible, as I didn't get favorable results. I think that's a sort of ...

It seems amd is more effecient in 64-bit code. But still the tests I have read, have proved Core2 faster. Even in 64-bit environment.

I see in the other thread you are building a core2 systemn yourself. Looking forward to hear progress.

I saved this song to my hard disk for personal listening. I hope thats ok. Great music. This is somehow evocative of the first Unreal pc game several years ago, which I liked a lot.

My point is entirely about marketing the visual appearance - it doesn't even matter if the processing is emulating anything correctly. 98% of the prospective customers have never come close to one of those consoles - for them it's ok if it just sounds good. And it's not even restricted to Digitalau...

[edit] I've maybe found a bug in Polteq: when I try to bypass/activate the single bands (with incoming audio signal) the SCOPE 4.5 crash. I don't think that is my system because is stable and fresh installed. Any feedback about this? Thanks. This happened here too. Perhaps I should also mention tha...
