I have managed to get around this problem by connecting a spare output of the amp into the analog i/p of the PulsarII. Very odd. Some more problems: I can only seem to output dolby pro-logic. The 'digital wave source' doesn't seem to send anything to the SP-DIF out. It's only the fact the the mixer ...

Odd behavior!!

I used the multimedia project which works - kind of!

I only get a signal to my surround amp when I am physically touching the case of my PC and the case of my surround amp. WTF

Any ideas?

Did anyone ever get anywhere on this?

I am looking at using my PulsarII to output (coax or optical) to my digital surround amp.

This thread didn't really conclude!

Any ideas how it can be done?

I'm an idiot!

It did work. Scrap that last post of mine.

I also tried it with the 'Interpole' plugin. This also works fine, as long as the .dev is in the devicesxtc folder within SFP

Cheers again dude

thanks for that!

the .oxe thing didn't work, it only gave me the option to install to SFP.

I then made a copy of the miniscope.dll and renamed it minimax.dll. this workied great

cheers dude

Just a quckie! I'm giving XTC mode a try out and I'm having some problems with the Minimax. Mainly - I cant find the minimax.dll file to place in the VST folder. all the 'stock' synths that come with SFP are fine. does anyone have any ideas? <font size=-1>[ This Message was edited by: mgranger on 20...

Nice one! it was a bit of a beastie to mix, as there is just so much going on. It was one of those mixes that could have gone on forever. I just got to the point where I didn't think I had the ability to get it any better!! I think I still have a lot to learn about SFP compared to our 'Guru'...

I am surprised that the Arturia has such a steppy filter?!? You would have thought that this would have been top priority for this bit of software. Not that I care as I have the MiniMax anyway, but poor show on the developers of the Minimoog!

Nice one! Thanx for the advice (the free kind is always the best kind!). It is in development as you say, so I shall take onboard ssome of your comments. You are right about the arrangement sounding better towards the end. What did you think of the 'English countryside element to the Track?

Superb!

I have only listened to Neurovoyage so far but that track is storming - right up my street.

What was used for your vocoder sounding synth to give it its 'human' sounding a e o u's?

Look forward to hearing more

Great Mobo! Got one in my DAW and it works fine. The only problem is that the RDRAM is still pretty expensive, so I have still not upgraded from my 512mb yet I have a pIV 1.8 overclocked to 2g - works fine. My video card is a Matrox G550, which is superb. Not had any problems with that really. Case ...

I am totally for keeping this forum doing what its good at - Providing help and advice on not only Creamware products, but most pro audio equipment. Knowledge is power. I like the idea that in buying into Creamware, I also bought (not financially) a database of information in PlanetZ, second to none...

I thought I read somewhere that 88.2 Khz was the best, As it doesn't hav to alter the signal much to dither it to 44.1 - I only has to halve the samples.

Could be wrong
